Parking lot is always pretty clear in winter. Great access to the beach and beyond. Wonderful historical little spot from a great local Doctor.

Interesting and some nice views. On our visit June 22 2018 ...the beach was under a bacteria warning and the beach was GRAVELLY". People were still swimming though. Oh and nice public toilets but sink wasn't working. Saw some people smoking marijuana ...even though its not legal I guess people still do it :)"

A small beach, flanked by beach-front properties that are no trespassing. Went on a Sunday in August. Not too busy in the morning, but no room left for more people by 2pm. Lots of people with dogs, not always leashed and in control. The beach is a mix of sand and larger stones, and there's very little shade. The water is beautiful and calm, even when windy. It's quite shallow a long way out and great for children.

Great place to watch superb sunsetsUPDIt was a great beach until today when I found out that the municipality decided to implement ridiculous fee for the entrance.Going there from Winnipeg now will cost a family from 50 dollars considering the gas cost.If St. Laurent municipality wanted to keep up with the maintenance cost, don't you know we have the Manitoba Government and you can address that issue to the Minister of Economic Development, Minister of Municipal Relations, Minister of Environment, Climate and Parks and so on.

It's a beach. Sand was nice and I got a sunburn.. wasn't too crowded, given the very tight covid restrictions around watering holes right now I am surprised we were even allowed to go.. but we took appropriate precautions and everything. Was nice.

A tiny out of the way entry beach that gets you access to walk a great shoreline along lake Manitoba. Great waves come in on a windy day. Quite shallow, like much of the lake, for the first part. They have a new bathroom trailer that was great. The beach van get busy, but the lake is huge, and shoreline is open. We go here when we go to St Laurent. Great for the kids and a good swim.

The length of a public beach is laughable. I understand that it is a place for private houses, but if you can cross an entire beach in a minute of walking, it is sad. Sand is nice, the shore is not too deep and gets warm if it is a sunny day.
