I have had Petty pest control to out to our home twice once for carpenter ants and once for mice...They came and did a great job..they took there time to explain the different ways they could use to clear up the problems! I moved into a bed bug infested building about 7 years ago. Every year around October or November, bed bugs enter the apartment. Petty Pest Control is the only company I would ever use. The go above and beyond when they spray and they come back exactly in 14 days to finish the job. The employee that did the work was a lady and she was amazing. I found my couch flipped and some other heavy furniture moved, so she could spray them thoroughly. she was on time and knew what she was talking about. Over the phone I dealt with a guy named Jim. He was professional and great to interact with. Take it from me, all the other are not worthy of shining their shoes let alone competing.Thank you Petty Pest Control

Had a bit of a bug problem. Tiffany and Katey came over and looked after the problem. These two young Ladies are very polite and compassionate towards your situation. The Owner Jim is very knowledgeable about his business.

Love the service so far!!! Just signed up for the quarterly deal and got our first treatment done! We have not had bedbugs near or in our house since!!! We had a bad infestation of bugs, cockroaches, spiders, and ants! We live on an acre in the farm land of Hamilton so we do still have a lot of bugs on our property. They treated it and we have had zero bugs in or near the house! Best company quick and easy! I loved how easy it was to set up an appointment! The tech was super friendly, informative, and made sure every area was sprayed! Highly recommended

Tried to schedule an appointment after discussing pricing with Jim. After he did not respond to my text, I followed up with a phone call. He said he would call back but never did. After I followed up again, he texted me to say he was declining the work but did not provide a reason. I don't appreciate someone wasting my time, and I don't appreciate the unprofessional behaviour. At least have the courtesy to call someone and explain why you can't help them.

I contacted Petty reguarding bed bugs i had found and i was literally stressed right out. They were able to effectively treat my issue within 36 hrs of me contacting them, i highly recommend them!!! (This is 2 weeks later) Thankyou Petty!
