Originally had an issue with the paint color which was then resolved by Taylor. He is very knowledgable about paint colors which I appreciated because he was able to pinpoint what the undertones were! I had no clue about undertones or that they even existed! Taylor was very professional and kind and even followed up with us to make sure we were happy with the new color! I will definitely be going back to this store for my future painting needs not to mention recommend everyone I know to go to this Dulux location! Thank you again, we love our new paint color!!! ***Btw, this color is called designer gray by Dulux...it's honestly the perfect grey!!

I went on a Sunday morning. And the solitary lady working with 6 ppl waiting in line for open store after she arrived 15 min late. She started to cry and called her, I can only assume was a co-worker/manager for help. Commendable effort, but it’s clearly tough to find good hands that will work for little pay. Inflation rears its ugly head!Otherwise good service, if she’s not feeling swamped lmao

Took advantage of BOGO" sale for gallons of paint and am VERY pleased with the product and the service. I had marked room location on each paint palette to ensure I was organized for redecorating and accidentally left it behind at the store. Upon returning for my order they had my palette with my order."

I went in to look at the mistints I found three gray paints that looked good I mix them all together in a 5 gallon drum and the guy was very nice very helpful the paint was beautiful I painted my apartment and it looks great now I went back and I got the white paint to do my kitchen and it's very nice I really love my place now it looks great with the colors

This is ultimate letdown of a regular customer. I can still get the BOHO free for my untinted deep base paints and untinted satin Enamels but not my floetrol that I annually would buy 2 for 1 sometimes twice/yr and it's huge deal because its 30$. Now I may as well shop anywhere as THAT deal made Dulux the ONLY choice. Quality paint is expensive ANYTIME and REAL MONEY SAVING Sales Events are RARE enough. So though I used to walk & use a cart I may not after the 26th because there's NO deal on the regular MSRP floetrol. This is simply NOT fair. After all the money spent getting it shipped by Amazon (because Dulux didnt have any floetrol for a couple of years) I called about every 6 months asking when the floetrol was back & when the2-4-1 deal was back on and NO ONE said floetrol WASN'T included in the that promotion which it was EVERY year I bought it. I waited to get it I did a new style of artwork, because I wanted to make a painting that does use US Floetrol but it wasn't in stock...I WISH the owners or operators of Dulux would RECONSIDER this exclusion of the paint conditioner & let me & others get ALL our products in one stop.I hope they hear from all the other people I referred them to. They may not be watching the calendar like me though.Its still convenient as I'm in walking distance so THAT ALONE maybe where I will go for brushes & painting accessories though they NEVER go on sale. I also need paint for artwork, interior walls, & exterior for my house windows. No shortage of work. But I will hop in the car & get whatever deals they have at the 6 or 9 other locations of different stores & hardware superstores.
