My favourite branch. They have such a wide selection of products and very knowledgeable and courteous staff. Joy is a wealth of knowledge, she puts most doctors to shame.I love the atmosphere there too. It feels like a calm little alcove, a retreat from the hectic pace of the rest of the mall. You can get your mental bearing back before plunging into the fray again as you leave.

Knowledgeable people and good price

Went in today not knowing what I really needed. Spoke with Joy and for once after years and years of shopping at different nutrition stores, I actually felt comfortable with my purchase! I did not feel pressured into buying certain products, just what I needed. She was very thorough with explaining why I needed the supplements I needed and why I didn't need the ones people were telling me to get because of certain symptoms I have. Everything made so much sense. She was very knowledgeable! I think I may have found my go to to person/place now.
