Nice store but attendant were not vigilant about stock they have in back, stock shows in there system but physically not available, stock hanging on the display shows XL but when check actual size it is XXL

The changing rooms don't have any benches or chairs to put your stuff on, and only one hook, so most of your clothes fall on the floor, which by the way is filthy - balls of hair and dust.

Came in on Thursday store was busy so many people couldn’t even walk around properly so I left. Came in on Friday they have a line created with 5 people in the store and the guy at the door so rude claims they have a capacity all of a sudden. Teach your employees customer service and don’t make people wait outside in the cold.

I usually don't rate retail stores cause it's like what are you really rating, but this 5 star rating is mainly due to the staff. Wow, what amazing young ladies! So helpful and provided honest feedback (about what I was trying on. They also had lots of stock and good deals!

The last visit was so annoying on black friday because every stuff was sold out almost. Just left with extra small and mostly double xtra large sizes. Even on sunday after friday there was no to much to buy.

Multiple brands, fab discounts and great choices..all top brands under one location...must for tourists.

I am writing to express my experience at The North Face store located in YVR Outlet. I visited the store at around 12:15 pm on March 10th and found a short line with only two people ahead of me - a father carrying a baby and a lady. A staff member was standing by the entrance. We know customers should wait until others leave before entering the store. After about 11 customers left, we were still waiting in line, and we noticed that there were not many people inside the store. Feeling confused, we tried to find out what was happening. Superb place for jackets and fleece and T shirts and caps and the list is huge....you get all latest apperals here at a very good discount....fifty percent discount is normal in this north face factory outlet....so many colours of jackets of north face are available and this place is crowded...but fun to shop....associates are always ready to help you out ...
