Been trying to get a couple of permits from the city of Barrie. It's been 6 month with constant one more thing so I gave up and contacted RnH. I did not get my permits yet but they email right away answer all our question and made it sound like it's no problem will get the permit. I'll update this review once I get the permit but feel very confident by how sure they were that it's close at hand. Here's hoping

Got the design done for my home's basement apartment, and got the permit in a smooth process; Took Rashmi one day to come to my home & took all the measurements / suggestions for reno, and also dealt with any problems that might arise on the spot.Harry was very good at responding to my message/emails, and also dealt with the city's comments for design side of things.Looking forward to working with them for the construction side of the basement reno with them as well.
