Foremed Walk In Clinic

We have been coming to this clinic as a family for 3 years now. We’ve been trying to be VERY understanding and patient regarding the fact that there’s short staff around the province and that it’s such a hassle to make an appointment or even talk with a receptionist over the phone.We have experienced waiting times longer than 45 minutes (even with an appointment), missing referrals, lack of communication, and a TERRIBLE attitude from our doctor and some staff.I started having trust issues since I got pregnant last year and my doctor was prescribing medications that could potentially damage my baby.We do not get follow ups after labs or treatments are done.Whenever we see our doctor he doesn’t seem interested in our health or well being. He lacks professionalism and empathy toward his patients.Today I took my 9 month old cause I was concerned about her health and he was just standing in the office, yawning and making me feel like I was a burden and my daughter didn’t matter.I was a medical student once and one thing that I clearly remember is that passion to help others and make them feel safe, protected and taken care of. He has never made me feel safe. There’s mental issues I’ve been wanting to address with someone but he doesn’t give me the confidence to do so.We will never come to see him again. We’ve had enough.Please, remember there will always be someone that will be interested in helping in a professional, caring way. Do not stay in a place where you don’t feel safe.

Poor services clinic, if you are an immigrant and you do not know how to speak fast and fluently you don't get treatment from Docs. The Docs are so mean and, arrogant and unkind. They don't check patients just spend 5 mins and they will leave the patient without good communication.

Dr Ade has been an amazing support to us as a family. He has given us the most accurate diagnosis, supported us with our choices when wanted to go the slow and opt for physiotherapy instead of painkillers. We knew we were in good hands. We were introduced to him as a doctor by our son who has been attended to very thoughtfully by Dr Ade.Once Dr Khan joined the clinic, I was able to get an amazing, super understanding, caring and a cheerful doctor. She is amazing.As for the front desk, amazingly proactive in replying via email and after 3:00pm over phone.The online system is fantastic. One is not time bound and can book anytime.

I have been a patient at format clinic for over 7 years now. I have had nothing but an absolutely beautiful relationship with all the physicians that have taken care of myself and my mother. I have quit smoking with the help of Dr. Addy being frank and honest with me, threw out a brand new pack on the spot and never looked back. Dr. Mathew has always cared for all my physical needs as well as my mental health needs. Staff always willing to help with a smile. The office is busy and that's a good thing because it means patients are being treated as people.

My experience was good by Canadian medical standards. Had an appointment for next day. Waited in the lobby for less than an hour after my scheduled appointment time and I got to see a doctor who took the time to explain things. Receptionist staff was super friendly and smiled a lot.

Absolutely some of the most negligent family doctors I have ever encountered.You can't request an appointment on a specific date. You have to be ready to answer the phone at any time the week you try to book and if you miss the call you have to wait another week.Nurse practitioner Jassar is unreliable. My partner was in person for an appointment and while we specifically requested my partner's prescriptions be sent to our new pharmacy, she didn't and now it has been days of trying to get ahold of anyone there to get her prescription sent off.Avoid at all costs.

I love my doctor !!! But good luck calling their office by phone. They seldom answer. The doctor might leave a message to call back to make an appointment to discuss test results ... but you may never get through even if you do call back several times. It's like calling a wall of rocks ... although the guitar music while you wait on hold is catchy and will stay in your head for days.

I have never had anything less than excellent at this clinic where we have had a GP for our family for over 5 years.Dr. Ade has been amazingly supportive throughout this time.Over the past 3 years there was ahigh turnover, of front line staff, dah…Covid, but it seems very good now.Certainly there are times it takes a while to get a return phone call from his receptionist, it happens to everyone anywhere, it’s no big deal!It’s important to be empathetic and patient towards the front line staff because their job is very demanding. Remember Covid?Especially considering the current state of our medical system, where you are very fortunate to even see, or have a regular doctor.

Dr is great but admin staff is horrible. Can't call to speak to a person unless you have an hour to wait on hold.Entire office runs of single email. Forgot to send referrals more than once resulting in me taking a day off and wasting my time and losing money. Takes 5 business days for them to forward an email needed for my doctor.The lack of office staff is spitting in the face of the medical professionals working in the office trying to help patients. This place is a nightmare. I am disgusted.

Started out okay as the receptionist were really nice. I had to wait about an hour past my appointment time to see the doctor. Finally meet with the doctor and it was awful. My pain was brushed off as not being serious. The doctor took a call in the middle of the appointment that lasted 10+ mins then he had the audacity to rush the rest of the appointment cause he was running behind. Like that was my fault? I expressed concerns about needing to have my eyes checked cause I had surgery on them a month prior. He fought me on this until realizing that I wasn’t going to budge. Told me that I should just book another appointment with them since he’s so busy. The experience was absolute trash!! Would not recommend this clinic
