Unfortunately attempted to have a Monroe/Madonna piercing and had the worst experience of my life. (I WISH I WAS KIDDING) The first piercing , the placing was incorrect. Sarah had asked to do it again....we both agreed that she could try.... although she was the professional piercer. Not me.And she attempted again and my mouth swelled up so bad and I bled like crazy. Inside my mouth and all over my clothing.She felt terrible and she had another woman there with her to help . They tried to rectify the situation. I'll give them that.Just left feeling very confused. With no piercing and a fat lip that was blue and purple and a disgusting amount of blood in my mouth and stomach. I am not one to review badly .....but this was NOT RIGHT.

Called the shop to see if they had time for a walk in and Billy said he did, I veryyy briefly explained of the phone what I wanted and when I arrived 20 min later he had already drawn up a stencil and it was exactly what I had in mind despite explaining it very vaguely. He’s amazing, definitely recommend

I took my daughter for a second piercing on both ears and a helix piercing. She was very patient, checked in quite often on how she was feeling and very informative. I would highly recommend.
