CH Hyundai - Service

I own a 2013 Santa Fe 2.4litre FWD with 83,000km and did both a fuel injector flush & transmission flush both for the first time for this vehicle. Much improved performance and fuel economy. Drove @ 110 to Nakiska on Wednesday into those gail force winds and still managed 8.5l per 100km then drove back to Calgary and managed 6.1l (with the wind). Also seems to keep up to traffic around town with very light touch on the gas pedal. Remember this is winter driving with winter tires. Money initially spent on preventive maintenance and ended up getting better than new vehicle performance.

I'm not satisfied with hyundai warranty team but the country hills Hyundai service team were great

Really hard to get ahold of anyone there. Understaffed. And once you do get ahold of someone, they try to spend as little time with you so they can move on.

Great service, clear and to the point prices, and friendly as well. They are accurate and not overcharging even though it’s a dealership. Respect.

Overall the service is good, but few of the staffs are really arrogant, I am not sure why they are like that, must be the king and queen of some kingdom.

Ordered an Ioniq 5 from this location last May. The sales guy was really helpful and responded messages fairly promptly before we put down deposit. After deposit was paid, he never bothered to reply! No idea what the status of our car is right now
