Dealing with the company was fine and great at first, and I thought their work was fine and great too...until the first rain when I realized that the gutters along my garage were installed with virtually no pitch, when they easily could have been (and which I specifically requested and noted). The result? Water that just sits always, with all the stuff that inevitably builds up there just continuing to build up.I contacted the owner to ask him to come back and fix it. Ash did a good job on my gutter replacement. The weather was a factor in scheduling but Ash was communicative and responsive in rescheduling.The original quote was preformed when i was at work, Ash had no problem coming back later in the week to review the quote and the job. It really gave me a sense of scope and the attention to detail that would be preformed. That is something very much appreciated.He even took some extra time to patch a hole in my facia that a squirrel had made. That was considerate.
