Very rude lady at front desk, right after we told her the date we needed the truck she told us that none of the vehicles were available?? And said “ well good luck finding a truck since you picked the busiest time to move …” Since when was April 29th a busiest time? Was very hostile the whole conversation .. not going back there

Booked a 26 foot truck, get called the day before moving that they don’t have one for me. I booked it 2 weeks in advance, U-HAUL is a joke super unorganized, go with Bristol or Penske instead.

Marcel and Suzanne both went above and beyond from the time I walked in the door until the trailer was hooked up on my truck. I rent from U-Haul quite frequently in the summer time to transport my car back and forth and every time I am greeted with smiles and great attitudes. They absolutely make sure that everything is perfect each and every time. Thank you again for making my experience renting from you always a fantastic one!

Outstanding customer service. Turned up with a U-Haul truck from another location (Keswick) that had technical problems. Immediately sought to solve them. So grateful for Tristan's energy to test trailers, diagnosing the actual tire that was underinflated since the sensors weren't working, and Cody for finding and fixing the fuse that should have been repaired by the original U-Haul provider. Turned a potential calamity into a smooth cross-country move.

Beware of trickery and hidden expenses! My elderly dad rented a cargo van from U-haul Newmarket, and he was instructed that he could return it at any time. Well, there is a fine print that there is a 20CAD for an after hour return, which the staff forgot to tell him. Also, while he filled the car, he was charged 30CAD for the fuel. The customer service told me the dial was slightly lower than what it supposed to be (which I'm sure it wasn't). I was asked if my elderly father took a picture of the gas dial. No, he didn't. His business goes based on trust and honesty. I rented cars from many companies, I never felt violated this badly.

I’ve rented trucks and trailers from this location many times and I’ve never had a problem.Cody and Suzanne are easy going, professional, pleasant and efficient people to work with.They get you in and out with no issues at all.Would recommend using this location to anyone.
