Great value even better customer service!I purchased a wallet recently, however when I brought it home I realized it was too small to fit all my cards. As such, I returned and filled 2 alternative wallets on the floor with my cards to see which one would best work before proceeding with the exchange. Unfortunately I left a card in the wallet I didn’t end up taking and I when I called the store to see if they could potentially help me with this situation, the store clerk Silvie was EXTREMELY helpful. She got on the phone twice with me to jot down the details of the wallet and with a bit of persistence she found it!! I’ve also noticed every time I go in there, all the staff seem very friendly and appear to truly enjoy working there. I commend the management team for creating a very friendly atmosphere for their hard working staff, it shows!! Thanks again for your help Silvie!! I’ll definitely be coming back and will be sure to be more careful with my cards. :-)

Visited the store today as my son lost the middle section of his wallet. It was his first “big man” wallet when he turned 13. The staff were amazing. In particular Chris was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He told us they didn’t sell the middle “small wallet” insert. But they might have a few extras in the back. Well, he found not one, but three that would work. My son chose one he liked and Chris said it was no charge. WHAT? Stupendous! We will definitely be back after being treated so well. Thanks to all involved at this outlet location. You made a young man extremely happy.

Wife likes the clothes but they don't think about the husband. Give him a place too sit and the spouse can ship to her hearts content.

Ordered online. Then Couch canceled the order. Once I called cust service, she replied customer canceled the order and item is out of stock now. But I didn't cancel the order. They are lying, didn't expect this kind of service from Coach. They canceled the order and blaming that customer canceled.

Bought a purse, wallet and an umbrella, dont buy the umbrellas they are not that good will be returning it...

Pretty good customer service. Usually have some great sales. Love the quality of their handbags and mens backpacks. However it REALLY bothers me how they charge extra for a gift box when you’re purchasing an item in the $250-$300 range. Really should be complimentary in my opinion. At the price being charged should include a dust bag as well

Good staff but they fail to mention when you buy items final sale. Bought a leather cleaner and neither the person who sold it to me (Fara, from the receipt) or the person who showed me where it was said it was final sale.

Farah is the manager she is so rude as i bought bag from here and came to return next day she said this bag is used how can someone use in one day. Very poor service as i am loyal customer. She made my experience really bad i will recommend my friends and family not to go to any coach center. Never coming back.

Such great customer service! Put some shoes on hold yesterday and the rep was so nice, really went out of her way to find my sizes and the style. I went and got them today and got great service in person. The beautiful lady in the hijab was also super friendly and nice! She really turned my stressful day into a nice one. Love people like that!

Our experience in a nutshell is the bracelets we bought faded after 3 uses while respecting the instructions of no contact with alcohol, perfume, or even water. The bracelet looks very old and faded now. Of course if you wish to listen to all of those lame excuses you’d find on a customer service training video, try talking to them about it. Managers, supervisors, and staff are totally helpless and would do absolutely nothing to help you. Very good at hiding behind store policies after the fact, but not educating the customer prior to a purchase. Never, ever, again.
