We booked our Croatian Tour in 2016 with them, great 2 week tour, simply amazing. We were referred to them, but after seeing Spring Travel won 2016 Readers Choice Awards in Hamilton, we were assured to go with them.

I had to change the day of my return as the month of the return was incorrect and I didn't noticed it prior to paying for the flight and I didn't get any help or support to re-book the returned ticket. The air flight company was telling me that the travel agent needs to change the ticket date but that didn't happened. After numerous calls to Lufthansa over couple of days I finally managed to change the flights and come home as I planned. Lufthansa customer service was exceptional, Spring Travel agency was not.

Anna's experience and expertise in organizing VIP travel tours across Europe is simply incredible just impressive, particularly tpurs across Croatia and Italy. This agency doesn't book canadian domestic flights or tours and Im glad to see they specialize only in Euro tours.
