Dr Wilkes is by far the best!!

Dr. Parsons is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to his patients. I remember telling him I was starving myself and he said he wasn’t worried about it because it “probably wouldn’t turn into a real eating disorder.” Don’t waste your time here.

I can't speak for the other Doctors but I've been with Dr.Lee for 5 years now and have only had good experiences and interactions with her and the office staff.

Dr. Parsons is very unprofessional and the front staff is also very unprofessional and treats you like you are beneath them, and talks to you constantly in a condescending way. Our son suffers from mental illness and was told he would get in a program. We never received a call and when we called back, we were told that they tried calling and we refused the spot. Neither my wife, nor me, received a call and have the phone records to prove it. After waiting months again, we finally made another appointment with Dr. Parsons with our son and he told our son to his face he would be in the program in two weeks max. After 3 weeks and no calls we called asking for an update and then they said we will call back..we never got a call back. This is ongoing and Dr. Parsons office continues to treat this case as no big deal. The system here in Alberta is very broken, especially with Doctors and staff not following through with what they promised.

Dr. Lee is absolutely fabulous. She has helped my children in such an kind, knowledgeable, empathetic way. I highly recommend her.

We saw Dr Caffaro a couple years ago for our son. She is lovely, easy to talk to and caring. We didn't see her for a few months though and then were removed from the patient list. We requested to book another appointment and were told we needed to go back on the 2 year wait list. 2 years later we were booked for an appointment today at 10:15 AM. He missed school and I missed work for this appointment as it was very important to us. We walk in to a very rude, and snobby front desk lady. She quickly and rudely told us that Dr Caffaro was sick today and could not see patients. I was understanding of this of course as Doctors do get sick. She rudely told me that she tried to call me 3 times on my cell phone at 8 AM to tell me not to come. I had my phone with me all morning and phones record any incoming calls. She did not try to call me. She then called me by the wrong name and told me she called my husband to tell him the appointment was canceled. He called me in that moment at 10:15 and told me she had just called him 2 minutes prior to cancel the appointment. She lied, blamed it on others and is rude to families who are just there to seek help for their kids. She obviously hates her job and should consider getting a new job so she doesn't take her unhappiness out on struggling families. We were very kind the entire time but she was very rude, snippy and repeatedly lied. I then asked her if I could speak with a Psychiatrist covering for the day as all doctors have coverage. She laughed at me and told me it's not like these are regular doctors who remove toe nails". This made no sense and again was very dismissive and rude. When families wait and wait to seek help for their kids

My son has been trapped in our home for nearly two years with crippling anxiety and Dr. Parsons and his staff have made promises to help him 3 times now and tell him he will get into the hospital program within two weeks and here we are sitting at home. I'm unable to leave him alone or take him anywhere and have to have his middle brother homeschooled as well to help take care of him while I go to specialists apts for my deteriorating health. Both my sons are failing school from the anxiety and stress and uncertainty of their futures and my youngest has had no friends or social interactions since his anxiety became so unmanageable. These people are playing Russian roulette with my kids lives and don't care at all. They promise to call back with updates and never call. Watching our kids suffer and being helpless is the hardest thing in the world. I'm reporting to the college of physicians and anyone who will listen.

I can't speak for the other drs at this clinic, but don't send your child to Dr m parsons. Please research him and his reviews.
