I have recently met Megan who's the RN at the Calgary location to get advice on my upcoming travel to Africa. Not only was she prepared for the appointment and had all the research ready for our consultation, she was very patient and articulate in explaining all the recommended vaccination / medication and the functionality to me. The consultation was very valuable and she was genuinely very supportive and helpful. Even before we scheduled another appointment, she was actively communicating with me and answering all my questions via email. Went in for our consultation for our trip to Uganda and Kenya - Jane was amazing and very knowledgeable. Walked through all our options and made deciding what vaccines and meds we needed easy. Highly recommend for anyone travelling.

The girls in this travel clinic are lovey, very informative, thorough, and quick. Also they have a great sense of humor. Fast, easy, painless : ) They reviewed and gave my boyfriend and I copies of all the information we needed for our trip. She expertly guided us through all the recommended medical precautions and risks and answered all the related questions we had regarding our upcoming trip! Our nurse Sarah R answered all our questions and was incredibly personable, informative, and reassuring. My experience with Kristin T was excellent. I had never been to a travel clinic before and I was a little nervous re: needles and what kind of vaccinations I'd require. Kristin was extremely friendly as well as professional and walked me through exactly what to expect. She was a wealthy of knowledge re: my travel destination. She confidently walked me through the potential risks as well as vaccinations based on the activities I had planned as well as where I would be staying. I very much appreciated her honesty and customer centric approach- she was not pushy and honored the decisions I made. Lastly, I would not hesitate to go back to Passport Health when planning my next vacation and hopefully, I'll be lucky enough to work with Kristin again! :)

I am so happy I decided to go to the Passport Health Clinic for my upcoming trip to Bali. Chinole, my registered nurse was amazing. She was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She did an excellent job explaining me the various heath risks and gave me useful tips for my trip. She was also very patient while I verified if the recommended vaccines were covered by my health insurance plan, and checked up on me the day after she gave me my shots to make sure I wasn’t experiencing any side effects. Overall, I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. I recommend this clinic to anyone on is planning a trip, especially somewhere exotic!!

The great - service. The not so great - cost.The attending nurse was excellent. Thorough, friendly and prompt they delivered the kind of service we all really appreciate.I was the first of a family of 4 to get my shots and honestly I had not compared prices. In hindsight I wish I had.A few calls later resulted in a savings of 40-65% on 3 of the I got. I cancelled the rest of my appointments in light of this and saved over $250 per person, not including the subsequent savings on shots that require additional doses.If price is not a factor, go. If not, shop around.

Bettina was super helpful and caring when addressing my travel needs and vaccinations required for my upcoming trip. After she administered my first vaccine, I felt lightheaded, so she offered me some water and juice, and gave me time to recover. There was a ton of information, but everything came in a nice little package for me to take home and read. I would highly recommend Passport Health for travel vaccinations!
