The late night front desk was so super friendly..roo.s were clean and comfortable

We were driving from Vancouver and our final destination was Prince Rupert. Because it was already 11:30pm already, my husband and I decided to stay a night in Terrace. We had our dog with us, and the lady at the front desk was very nice and efficient in getting us a pet friendly room at a good price for the night. The room was so clean and the bed was so comfortable. We slept very well! Will definitely come back here to stay again!

The ladies at the front desk were amazingly helpful, kind and on top of their game. I really appreciate great personal attention to detail, and they provided it. They were also very warm and friendly, and professional. Thanks for such a great experience. The room was amazingly clean and inviting. Everything I could need. Except maybe a toaster oven to make toast, or make a pizza, that sort of thing. I don't use microwaves. Thanks very much.

It was very nice place. The rooms were clean, and I would totally come back. It was super fun, and I am glad that we stayed here. Hoping to coming back. Also great that Denny’s is connected.

The room was outdated. Back of the fridge was not clean, the toilet and shower weren’t clean. The wallpaper was peeling in places and had small stains in areas. The corner of the ceiling was drooping over the dresser. The wifi didn’t work for my phone and the hidden network was slow. The entrance door below our room slammed everytime someone left or entered. The bed was comfortable. The room was small but cozy despite the cleanliness. Having Denny’s attached was a bonus. I don’t think the rate was worth the stay.

When I checked into my room this week with Vicki and Connie were so welcoming! Felt like I was coming home in a sense. Made sure that my booking was correct as well as assuring me that there were no issues with my future bookings. Top notch service. :)The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable too as it always is!

Always a fantastic experience when I stay in Terrace!!! The rooms are quiet and cozy, the staff is friendly, accommodating and really go above and beyond. And Lisa and the early morning breaky crew from Denny’s always make me feel welcome and at home. Terrace is my most looked forward to stop on my monthly work trips.

I was extremely impressed with our stay, from checking in our assistant Vicky was very kind and allowed us to leave 2 very heavy cases so we could head off and enjoy our day, and all staff we met were very helpful and professional. The room although it does need up dating was extremely comfortable with excellent air conditioning and all provided everything you could. We also were very impressed by the pool and the attached restaurant which provided great service and an expansive menu of delicious food. To note the hotel is an easy walk to all downtown amenities, could not recommend more!
