Mr. Yang prepared wills for my parents. They received just one copy so we enquired. With their previous wills they received from lawyers 2 copies. When we called around to hire a lawyer for this purpose, they too said 2 signed copies were included with the price.Thus, we assumed we would be getting 2 with this lawyer. He said that there could only be one original and that is by the book. Does this mean that he’s saying all the layers that provide 2 copies don’t know what they’re doing??My mother is elderly and she called them a few times enquiring about this. She either was given a run-around or said would get back to her. They did not. Last time she called, someone at the office yelled at my elderly mom!! Yes, yelled and hung up on her.This is totally out of line!! And very unprofessional.Also, they charge ~50% more than the other lawyers I had contacted. My mother chose him because he was closest to where she lived. I cannot recommend this law firm. They yelled at my elderly mother. That says alot about them.Update in regards to their response: many parts of their response are inaccurate:My parents are elderly. They contacted me as soon as they realized they received only had one copy of each will. It was not all of a sudden after much time had elapsed.My mother was a respected pastor prior to retiring and my father still serves as an elder at church. They do NOT swear nor use abusive language. This law firm is being less than truthful in trying to defend their action of yelling at an elderly and hanging up on them instead of offering an apology. This is defamation of character.The conclusion is: they are very difficult to work with and very unaccommodating.Their inaccurate response to this review reaffirms the reasons why we cannot recommend them.This firm is not accountable, responsible and less than truthful on accounts.

Amazing! Great service from Lawyer Joshua, Michelle and all associates from this Law Firm! Sponsored my wife after getting Married, and couldn't ask for better representation. They made sure that all files were done completed correctly, and made sure that all T’s were crossed and I’s dotted. But what’s better, is that our Spousal PR Approval came within 3 Months! Joshua and his law firm was very professional and accommodating for all of our inquiries. We initially had a phone call meeting with him where he had patiently and concisely answered all of our questions. And when he wasn't absolutely sure about something, he would research it on his own and follow-up with us to explain what he learned. He helped draft a partnership agreement and NDA for me that covered all of the areas I was concerned about and more. Joshua would put himself into the client's shoes to consider risks that I had not thought of and made sure to include them in the agreement. Overall, I had a pleasant and educational experience with them and look forward to working with them again.
