I had just moved into my new home. I knew that protecting my garage floor is much better than repairing it years later due to salt damage.So i decided to call some garage organizing companies.One was too expensive, others didn't even bother to show up for their appointment at my home.When I called Joseph from 1st Choice Garage Outfitters, I noticed immediately that I was going to be taken care of. They provided me with a reasonable quote, Their products are great quality, and the workmanship is great. I had a minor issue , and they addressed it right away. I am now in the process of designing my mothers garage with 1st Choice Garage. If you are looking to renovate your garage, you will not be disappointed with 1st Choice Garage!

Joseph and 1st Choice Garages installed polyaspartic flooring to our two-car garage, and it turned out beautifully! They took the time to do it properly, and we are happy with this installation, quality and price. They went above and beyond and helped me move 450 lbs concrete stairs into place and applied the coating to the stairs as an extra. 100% happy customer and have referred them to a few neighbours. Note: the side concrete walls was not done by me, I used a handheld concrete grinder, painted them afterwards. Pictures are after I cleaned floor after tough winter with two cars, ice, salt etc.

I had an easy fantastic experience getting set up and the reports are easy to understand which is what I requested I can´t ask for much more for $60/mo. The leads are well worth it, I just wish I had done this earlier!

Joseph comes off as a nice guy but when we called him after 5 months to come and fix the job that he did he totally refused and told us to tile the floor. He blames the floor of being old and previous use of a candle factory but he never said anything at the time and the actual truth is that he didn't grind the floor enough and the epoxy came right off. He's not a man of his word and flat our refused to do anything. STAY FAR AWAY.

Disappointing is understatement. Joseph doesn't honour his own warranty and doesn't bother to respond when you talk issues to him. Whats the point of stating 10yrs warranty on his website, its just a mirage. Installed garage flooring in 2016, major cracks showed last year, he acknowledged the issue at first and then went silent after i followed up. (yes i have all sms communications). He even sent me sms on how his mother taught him to be honest. How funny it sounds now. Luckily Laticrete (manufacturer of Spartacote) gave me contact of local rep, who bailed me out on this issue.
