Great place to visit, reasonably priced & the staff make you feel really welcome. The only small criticism was there was a couple of small issues with the car which were pointed out after the service. Would have been helpful if they had asked if I wanted them done on this service, especially as I waited in reception. Maybe, they never had the time.

Definitely recommend Stoneacre if you want to buy a car. I had been looking for a new car for a while and had my mind set on a Seat Leon FR. My parents own a Leon FR Estate and have previously owned an Ateca. They too used Stoneacre when buying and selling their Ateca and had all round great service therefore I was keen to use them too. Initially, when I phoned up to enquire about a test drive, it was a very easy process - they asked the obvious questions needed and were very proactive with getting the car in straightaway for me to test drive. Despite them not being able to deliver the car in question for me to test drive on the day, they did however produce a CUPRA LEON instead!!!! Lui the sales rep was amazing - he was very professional, confident, helpful and knew his stuff with regards to the car. Sales manager Adam came to assist Lui (who was equally as good) and also negotiated my finance for the FR. He informed me that there was actually a brand new FR sitting out the back that I could have a look at which was available to buy! I was immediately sold as the interior was amazing and had all the specs I needed - also for me to spec up and order another new car would have taken months due to the current climate, so this was an opportunity I could not miss! With regards to the finance process it was really straightforward and Adam was super helpful with regards to that too. Unbelievably, less than 48 hrs later I was collecting the car! Even though the car looked great, they weren’t happy about the exterior of the car being cleaned to their highest standards, so its going to be picked up and redone! Again brilliant service! In addition Lui and another sales rep helped me set up my apple car play, Seat connect, went through all the controls and helped me familiarise myself with the car. Everyone who I spoke to in the showroom were very friendly, smart, approachable and very knowledgeable about the company and the cars they sell. 10/10 excellent service and I will be using Stoneacre again to purchase/finance future vehicles. Well done guys!
