The front desk receptionist was pleasant and polite. The environment was tidy and clean. My appointment was ontime as scheduled.The dental hygienist was very pleasant, polite and easy to understand. My doctor was showed great care to my needsand was very informative.

The front desk staff was courteous and polite. Hygienist Morgan was great. She was able to remove stubborn stains through scaling. Very happy with the results. And I am very pleased with the interactions with Dr. Friesen.

Great first impression of the dental clinic. Location was very convenient to me and lots of parking spots, Staff was efficient and accommodating. Lindsey (hygienist) was very helpful and knowledgable.

I had my first appointment at Smiles today - and let me tell you, I definitely left smiling! The ladies at the front were welcoming and efficient and helped with all of my coverage questionsMorgan was my dental hygienist and she was friendly, knowledgeable and she gave me probably the most gentle cleaning I have ever experienced! She was a total pro!Dr.Friesen was awesome - kind, thorough and made me feel comfortable. I am happy that I found such a great dental office to help me with my needs!

Front desk staff, Dental Assistant, and dentist were all very friendly. The Dental team did a lot of work in a short amount of time… like a well-oiled machine. They also took the time to explain what was happening to my teeth and answer all of my questions. Thank you Smiles team! Happy Holidays!!

I found Dr Kelsey Friesen and all of the personal at the office very friendly, and helpful. My experience was excellent and would highly recommend this Dental Centre.
