Best place in the Ottawa area by a mile. The owner Lorraine is the Best. I have been a client of hers for 15 years & although I moved from the area 7 years ago I continue to drive to Arnprior from Downtown Ottawa to get my hair done....highly recommended.

Terrible customer service booked an appointment for my husband and son to get hair cuts the lady offered a spot of Sunday then calls days later to cancel on me giving me zero rescheduling options I then had to scramble and get hair cuts for them by someone who’s far more professionalWill never recommend this place to anyone I know nor will I ever make an appointment here again very disappointed with the lack of customer service
