Really supportive staff and excellent flexibility, nailed my g2 first try

Thanks to them, I was able to pass my G2 on the first try.

I would like to thank Angelo DiCicco for his help, guidance and patience that he gave me while I was trying to get back my license back after it was medically suspended after I had a stroke. Keep up the good work and I hope you and Young Drivers will continue helping people like myself that need to learn to drive a modified vechile

Terrible that’s all I have to say. I am on hold for up to 2 hours before I can speak to anyone and I just found out that the first open spot for a in-car lesson isn’t until mid September when it’s July currently. Not only that the instructors aren’t picking me up at my house or dropping me back at my house. You are paying a very high premium for very terrible services. So disappointed and can’t get a refund now given that I already started the online portion.

It was indeed a very good driving program that I encourage inexperienced students to take after receiving their g1 licence. No place can ever be perfect so there are some things in which the program that can be improved upon. I would say during the in car sessions, there should be more time offered for driving rather than review. Review can also be taught at the same time driving rather than having to pull over and waste a couple minutes here and there. Also for one of the lessons I expected myself to have the opportunity to actually apply skills that were taught in class for emergency scenarios (for ex: Stalled engine, locked steering) but unfortunately it was discussed rather than performed, especially disappointing considering on how expensive the driving program is. Overall, it did teach proper and safe driving techniques and a big thanks to my driving instructor, Mario, who did change my experience of driving from stressful to relaxing. .

Hands down an awesome driving school. Yes, it's on the pricey side, a lot of my friends can't believe I spent the money I did, but I think it was money well spent. I had Kevin as my in-class instructor and in-car instructor.Awesome guy, is responsible, responds to texts, patiently answered my questions (which I admit some were pretty dumb), and is overall very kind and funny. He made the in-car lessons enjoyable yet educational which I think helped a lot with my learning.

Poor customer service hold onPhone 10mins the first timeCall back and hold for another 8Mins and I guess it was closing timeand sent me right to voice mail.

Worst Driving School. There are so many driving schools who can provide much better service at half their rates. My son took admission in their school last year in 2021. They were supposed to send the link to my son's email for online learning to complete the credits. First they sent the email so late. Then they sent an email with a link for online learning but that link was going to their cognitive learning log in page. The agent who signed us up was so poor in explaining. My son spent all his winter break and March break in completing cognitive learning as that was the only link sent to him. When the time came for in car lessons first of all everytime we had to drive 10 km to meet the instructor before and after the lesson. Why can't they pickup from homes. They give a weird reason that the instructor has to sanitize the car and therefore he cannot pickup students from home. All other schools were picking up students from home. Then the instructor rushed in completing all his in car lessons without even covering so many things which I we had to bring to the attention of the instructor.Now my son is so.busy with his school and he has no time for online learning. In fact we are still waiting for the manager to call us even after our leaving messages and requesting the manager 5 times. We are still waiting for the online learning link. These people are so greedy and do not care about their customers. They got all the money without delivering the full service.
