Not even attempting to go here. Called for an inquiry and the lady on the phone basically yelled at me/ talked down to me for my SIMPLE question. Can’t trust a place with horrible customer service especially with your taxes. Sketchy.

Was just there it was shut won't open to January 3rd would have been nice if a sign was up early warning people it would be shut for a week and the hours are irregular even when open

Don't trust this indian lady she is a fraud and big liar she will cheat you. Find another accountant.You know me very well you stole money from my tax return and asked me to pay you in cash, and you would pay the government on my behalf.

The owner parks all business day in an accessible parking spot, truly meant for shoppers. She is very rude

This is a great place to go for your taxes and check cashing. Nick and the others will get you the biggest return possible. We live in Keswick and we drive 1 1/2 to Ajax to have Nick do our taxes. Well worth the drive. It's very nice to have a relationship with your tax guy. GREAT TRUST WORTHY PEOPLE WITH GREAT SERVICE

They have always been nice and very transparent with their tax process. Been a client since 2017.

I've done my taxes here for a long time and since this new lady popped up there it's been a disaster. She will try and hustle you any way she can. 1 year I wasn't working way back because of an injury. She said she checked and I haven't filed for this year yet and she will do it for $50 to state I made no income...so kind. Recently I was asking for a copy of T4 from the previous year and she says Oh if you want a copy bring me 10 or 20 dollars for the copy" I said "Pardon me" and she goes "Because you want a copy I have to charge you for me to print it." A 10 cent printout for $10 or $20...during a pandemic...what a lady. Don't see that listed in any of your services either by the way. Went to my old HR and got the T4 copy for FREE. Thanks for nothing!"

I have dealt with the new lady you guys say is a disaster for many many years, they have been nothing but professional and not just good, great at her job!! She is doing your taxes, she is not supposed to be your best friend!! Very kind and polite but running a business. Nothing in life is free!!
