Receptionist was so kind and helpful, and physician saw us first thing. He was thorough and efficient. Thank you again for your help!

Worst experience I’ve ever had in a walk in clinic. Had a partial ear block. By the time Shasta al- dujaili was done I ended up with full blockage. I was told to wait one hour and I would be better. It’s been 5 hours and I’m fully deaf in my right ear. Thanks for nothing. Not only was I charged for her mess up but I’m in pressure pain now that I’ve never experienced. Do not let this so called Doctor touch you

Not a walk in clinic, even if you show up at the at opening time and there’s no one there.Edit: I mean there is no client waiting, I showed up at 9:20AM on Saturday, your receptionist asked me: “what’s wrong?” and I touched my throat, she quickly proceeded to ask me if I have an appointment, I said “no”, she then told me you were completely full for the whole day, no availability at all. Clearly trying to get rid of me, thankfully another walking clinic took me in and I was diagnosed with laryngitis. I took multiple test at home I knew it was not covid, but I still wore a mask and kept my distance. My point is don’t advertise yourself as a walk in clinic if you are not one!

Dr. Amin is an amazing family doctor! My husband and I have been patients of his for quite a while now and we are so happy to have found him.He always listens to what we have to say, and takes the time to explain things to us. He makes sure we get tests done if needed, to get to the bottom of health issues. Also, he’s the one who reminds us that we need our yearly physical, or other regular things done. No family doctor has ever taken care of us in that way!!The only thing I would like to see changed is that he would be working in this clinic more.

They dont want to work looks like. Website says they close at 6pm and i call at 4 and they say we are closed.Response Edit : I was told the doctor has left at 4pm when closing time is 6pm. So NO, you were not taking care of any waiting patients. Please improve your service.

I had a helpful interaction with Dr Husein over the phone, however I would've appreciated better communication from the receptionist. I walked in with bad back pain, expecting an in person appointment. All she said was it's by phone only"

There was a doctor in, so that was good compared to other clinics. The wait was 40 min, again not the worst and given how little options there are it seems. Dr was good. The receptionist walks around without a mask telling everyone to put a mask on.

My father was ill twice and new to the clinic both times we called Dr. Azzam for consultations. We received excellent advice. If it wasn't for his extreme perception my father could have had a life threatening emergency. The receptionist is very kind and empathetic. I highly recommend this clinic

These 5 stars are for Dr. Sabri and the dental centre staff. Every interaction I've had with the staff at the dental centre has been amazing, they are great at their jobs, professional and thorough. They give you time to talk about your issues and options.On the flip side, the medical centre is atrocious. Dr. Amin doesn't listen, talks over you. Ignores your symptoms and immediately diagnoses (usually incorrectly) your issue and dismisses you with useless prescriptions.If you have a dental issues I highly recommend Dr. Sabri. However for medical attention I will never return to Dr. Amin and I suggest you don't either.
