As the Employment Specialist for CDI College I have been partnering with Richard Trelford, Marketing Advisor from NHI for the past year. He is very professional in recruiting our graduates for their great opportunities as PSW's and Dental Assistants. We will continue to partner as we take great pride in the training our students receive as they take great pride in servicing their clients.

They cancel your shift one hour before it starts, they did it on me 4 times, and didn’t give me any replacement

I'm sure the quality of workers associated with this agency are hard working and courteous. More than I can say for the administration staff.

They have lots of shifts and their staffs are nice and professional.I will recommend

We had one of our best health care experiences with a very kind and experienced nurse from this agency. She was responsive, always on time and I felt secure leaving my cousin in her care. The director of the agency was also very sensitive and responsive to our requests and I would definitely use this agency again. I highly recommend them.

I worked there for only a week due to the heat in the office being too much. I felt like I would pass out a number of times. I emailed the CEO to see what we could do or to offer to be a PSW for them since I’m trained, but didn’t get any responses. Now they haven’t paid me for my time there. Not well run or respecting of staff in the office.

This company was exceptional when I needed additional care during an admission to North York Hospital. The nursing and administrative personnel went out of their way to be helpful and supportive. A well run, organized company with great staff.

Very suspicious company.They requested a background check and a mask fitting before starting— stating they will not reimburse the cost.Also they asked for a voided check and sin # MULTIPLE times without even confirming if I have the job…..Usually these are the last 2 things required when you have been hired

I highly recommend NHI for caregiver support. My mother was a patient in a Toronto Hospital and I needed some extra care for her as she recovered from hip surgery. I had to go to work and so I could not take the time off to spend with her as I would like to. NHI was recommended to call for additional support. The service was exceptional, the nurse was very professional , knowledgeable and understanding and she helped mom a lot . We decided to have her with mom for two weeks, until mom was discharged home. Mom recovered beautifully. The management at NHI was very professional and were excellent in responding to the needs not only of the family but also the patient.

We were able to contact NHI to help us with one of our clients who required someone to accompany her to the doctor for a scheduled appointment. This client was in a wheelchair and was on the mend for hip surgery and needed assistance with her personal care. The NHI nurse made the client feel very comfortable and safe . We also found their cost to be very reasonable. We would highly recommend this Agency .
