Midland Appliance World

Purchased a brand new $2000 Jenn-air OTR microwave, and it broke down within 3 months of use. Midland refuses to replace it for me and I have been without a microwave for almost a month now and nobody at Midland seems interested in giving me any answers. Will be purchasing future appliances from Costco or Bestbuy from now on. Shop local pfftt what a joke!

Had an amazing experience at Midland. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Went above and beyond to help me find the perfect washer and dryer for me. Bryce was an absolute joy to do business with. I highly recommend them.

Bought a stove from Midland recently, and while the stove didn't quite work out for us, the sales and management team from Midland took the issue almost as personally as we did! Bryce and Jean worked with us for literal MONTHS to make sure that we were happy with every aspect of our purchase; Communication with them was easy and constant - they offered solutions, listened to our feedback, and made an otherwise difficult situation as easy as it could have been. I want to thank the team at Midland for going above and beyond for us, and I can confidently say that we will be returning in the future for all of our appliance needs.

I called the store and spoke with Susanne, she gave me the most amazing customer service! I was having difficulties with another vendor and when I told her that we needed a quick turnaround on a fridge & freezer she got back to me within an hour. I was thrilled to hear that we could get this fridge within a couple days. Working at a non-profit organization that supports individuals with mental illness, intellectual challenges and a marginalized community, it meant so much that we could begin storing food to feed our participants before Christmas! I can't thank them enough for their professionalism and quality of service.

My wife and I was looking for a new washing machine. To replace her dad's old one that broke down. We had a certain make and model in mind. We looked around the big box stores like the Home Depot, Lowe's and Best buy. None in stock.So, I went online. Entered the make and model information. Midland Appliance World" came up. I went to the website and guess what? They have it in stock and guess what else? It was on SALE!! We went to the Portage Ave store. Right when we walk in. We were greeted by Jean. She is very friendly

We have been buying appliances here for over 20 years. Recently, Bryce managed to make miracles happen by locating a hard to find range hood in time to make our kitchen renovation timeline. Every other appliance store told us it would be a minimum of 4 months, but Midland made it happen within a week! Love this place!!

We were replacing our gas range which died after 25 years. Originally it came from Midlands, so we included them in our shopping and they had the best deal out of the 4 or 5 places we checked out. Still required 6 weeks before delivery, but that seems usual in the industry at this time

After a disappointing situation with a major national company, I called into Midland Appliance on Portage Avenue. It was a very good choice. Ron showed me a comparabale refrigerator to the one I was looking at and promised delivery in two days. It was exactly as promised. Great service on site and after the sale. The Midland website also offers what appliances are available for immediate delivery and pickup! I will be looking at Midland in the future for my household appliance needs.

Bryce was great to work with. He was straight forward with pricing and gave me a deal on a set of appliances and had them delivered exactly as scheduled with no delays. Thanks again!

Visited this location on Friday and was told they were closing in an hour and they were already helping a other customer. I left my email and was told I would be given a quote by the next day (we were buying all 3 kitchen appliances). The next day came and went and then the next. On Monday I called and spoke to someone else who told me to call back the next day and the salesperson from Friday would be there. I made it clear we had been to a number of other locations and really wanted to order asap. The next day I called and was told again I would receive a quote by email that day. I did get the quote that evening. I emailed back with a few questions but never heard back. The next day I called and was given the run around again. I walked into Lowe's that same day and was given a better deal on the same appliances and had them delivered the next day. Guess the $4000 plus I was willing to spend wasn't that urgent. Too bad as I had heard good things about Midland.
