We’ve come here often enough, breakfast is a good time to go since the menu is pretty good along with the toast bar, but the lunch and dinner menu isn’t that great. Both recent times we’ve gone the orders have been wrong (vegetarian requirements came with meat) and service was slow after the lunch rush.

Disappointing. I had good memories from my childhood visits at Pacini, but, as an adult, the most exciting part of the meal — the bread bar — doesn't make up for the bland food. The dining room was also fairly noisy and many of the diners had a complete disregard for the Please use tongs" signs at said bread bar. It wasn't cheap either..."

The food tasted great, portions are pretty good but the service was extremely slow, items forgotten, extra items charged.The restaurant was at around 30% capacity at the time so I don't understand what the reason for the slow service or errors was. Perhaps challenges coming back from Covid with new staff?

This restaurant offers quality service and excellent food.The staff are a welcoming, polite, attentive and patient.The food and drink products are always fresh, tasty and served with care.The bread grill/bar is still open, but it’s the servers who bring bread and butter to your table on demand for you to prepare your toasts then go grill them yourself.During the times of Covid, all staff wear masks.

my brother and I went for dinner today ans we are both extremely disappointed.the lasagna was very small especially for 20.00.i had the most expensive pizza at 21.00 which was tasteless and the crust was like cardboard.i complained to the waitress who did not even tell your manager because no one came to talk to us. i even told the waitress that I would never return.Granby is a city with many good restaurants and you do not make the cut. i am a senior citizen and eat often in restaurants.i am convinced that if you don't upgrade the food you will be closed in under 5 years

Nothing especial have better Italian food in a non Italian restaurant. Very comercial food and the Wait to long for the food to be serve . So lost my apetito .After 50 min wait we ask for the food and the answer was we are very busy is going to be a long wait . And was only half of the tables taken . Not even full restaurant.Why they don’t have the courtesy to tell you upfront and is you decide to leave or to stay .

The food was ok. But there were several things that went wrong. It took us 2.5 hrs to eat when we ordered right away. They forget our wine twice and finally brought it toward the end of the meal. They brought our bread after we had been waiting for 45 mins. The service was horrible and they are severely disorganized and slow. For people with kids beware. You will be waiting a LONG time to eat so bring crayons or entertainment for your kids.
