The menu at is extensive and offers an impressive range of bubble tea flavours. Whether you're a fan of classic milk teas, fruity blends, or unique creations, they have something to satisfy every taste bud. I love their fruit teas. Great service and reasonable prices given the quality of ingredients. Would recommend!

Overall a really really good bubble tea place! Lots of great drinks and quality is nice overall. However the matcha brown sugar pearl milk tea felt a little powdered and the tapioca was way too soft/chewy compared to the usual drinks that I prefer. Overall super good still, and I would definitely return. Just yesterdays drink could have been a bit better, I’m sure the more basic drinks would have suited me more.

I love the Brown Sugar Pearl Oolong Tea Latte from this place!!! The tapioca is so chewy and sweet. In fact, I don’t like too much sugar in my bubble tea but it is just right balance with the fresh Oolong Tea.Besides, staff are nice and recommend just the right things to us.

My experience at this bubble tea shop was unfortunately not a positive one. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. It seemed as though the staff were only interested in serving customers who spoke their language, and as someone who doesn't speak those languages, I felt excluded.The person who took my order was not engaging at all - it felt like they were just going through the motions of a transaction, without any interest in making sure I had a good experience. This lack of customer service was disappointing and made me feel like I wasn't valued as a customer.To make matters worse, the cost of the bubble tea was quite high - even after leaving a tip, I didn't feel like the quality of the tea justified the price. I was disappointed with the overall value of my purchase.Overall, my experience at this bubble tea shop was not a positive one. The unwelcoming atmosphere and lack of customer service made me feel uncomfortable, and the high cost of the tea didn't feel worth it.

The drinks are delicious, and this milk tea shop in the plaza opens relatively late! Although some drinks cannot be customized in terms of sweetness or toppings, it is completely understandable. There is usually a specific recipe to maintain the quality of the beverages, and accommodating too many customizations can indeed be challenging. The staff members are friendly and helpful, providing suggestions when needed! Highly recommended!

The drinks were fantastic and tasted really authentic. On top of that, the customer service was some of the best I’ve seen in a bubble tea store. The two girls helped me pick my drink, were so patient, and it turned out to taste super yummy!

Yifang Taiwan Fruit Tea
I have been here for a few times now and their drinks have never let me down. My recent favourite has been the punch lemon black tea, and it’s just the perfect drink for a hot summer day. You can literally see the fresh lemon slices inside, unlike some other bubble tea shops that used syrup to bring the flavour. One minor suggestion, it would be nice if I could adjust the sugar level for the lemon tea ( personally prefer a lemon tea that’s more on the sour side).

Drinks are expensive but decent. Customer service, however, left a bad taste.We ordered a taro green tea, but the drink we got was way too white to be the green tea drink. The drink hasn’t been opened so I went back and told them they have mistakenly gave me the taro milk. They refused to acknowledge that they have made a mistake and just said it’s green tea and you just have to shake it up. Well, we shaked it, it’s still white and taste nothing like green tea.The Yifang fruit tea wasn’t anything extraordinarily special given the price. It was also quite sweet despite a 30% sugar level.Black sugar boba latte was surprising not too sweet (fixed sweetness).
