Campbell Heights Fabrication Inc

Very disappointed with this Campbell Heights Fabrication. I have never worked with them before however, they are in my area and close to us so I decided to give them a call. The person that I spoke to, presumably, a manager, listened to the issue that I had and asked me to send photos. I sent photos of the work that needed to be done within minutes of getting off the phone with him as this was very important job for us so we could get our truck back out on the road making revenue. He said that he would get back to me with some answers and possibly a quote shortly. I waited one day with no reply and leaving a message. I waited a second day with no reply and leaving a message. We are now on day three and I still have not heard back from this company and Bryan. What I am led to believe is that they are too busy to help us solve our issue let alone return phone calls or even email me. All I ask is that you call or email me to tell me that “we are too busy” or “we can’t do this” or whatever the case may be. This was an important job for us because our business relies on our trucks being on the road working. So do our staff!. Bryan completely disregarded both these facts by not responding to my multiple requests for answers. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone looking for good service and good communication. As it turns out, I found out that our truck repair shop did welding of aluminum and they got the job done in an hour…thankfully!
