Saturday May 21,2023I was there as a guest, in the invitation they had mentioned that gusts can go inside. WhenI asked the security they said we can not go inside at all!! However they let some in.Neither of the parking machines worked properly and we spent time in 3 lineups but could not get ticket..Personnels were not nice at all…

This place is a government building. All doors locked. There was a very long line wrapped around to the back. You have to join the line or if you have an appointment then you are allowed in for the appointment . The frustrating thing is that the online platform is not even available as of yesterday December 28. If you go to the Glen Erin site you have to pay for parking. $1;75 for the first half hour. Just seeing the crowd I think it is better to try to get an appointment.

Went this morning to renew my passport at the Glen Erin office. They open at 8:30 so I got there at 8:20. About 15 or so people in line. At 8:30 the doors opened and I was finished about 20 minutes later. It was well organized and the people were very pleasant to deal with. I was expecting a bad experience based on other reviews but I was very pleased. The only thing that was not right - you have to pay for parking.

Today I went to renew my passport at Glen Erin passport office. Reached there at 10 am. Waited on line outside for almost 2 hours in this cold weather. Service was very slow and rude receptionist. After waiting for 4 and hour hours finally called my name for cubical agent. Worst service at this location. Waste of time.

Came along with my sister to renew our passports before 8am to avoid the long lineups. Upon arrival, 6 people were ahead. Before the opening time, staff and security divided us by appointment and what service we needed and went into the lineup around the building.The longest part was the waiting outside; once we entered in, I estimate we were in there for about 30-45 minutes. From the security, front desk personnel and the agent who did our renewals, I found them to be friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.When I went, masks were still required to enter (they will provide masks for those who don’t have one) and kept sure people were distanced. Overall, a good experience with a great staff (don’t speak for everyone).

The queue passes so-so, we had to wait. You fill out the form with your data and wait for a call. Made a SIN number for CUAET.

Don’t waste your time coming to renew your passport here if you’re travelling in 45 days or less. They only have 3 chairs to sit in and the rest of the people in line had to wait outside. On top of that you have to pay for parking. If you decide to come here I would suggest to be here for 6:30/7:00AM so you avoid the long line up.

Unfortunately, my experience at Service Canada in Etobicoke was quite disappointing.I visited to obtain my SIN number and was met with a long wait time of over an hour. To make matters worse, there was no proper facility to wait in, and we were forced to stand outside in the cold for the duration of the wait. I understand that government offices can be busy, but the lack of proper waiting facilities was frustrating and uncomfortable. Although the service itself took only 10 minutes, the long wait time and inadequate facilities left a negative impression.I hope that Service Canada can improve their waiting area and reduce wait times to provide a better customer experience.

They make my 72 years old father wait 2 hours and and then told him that we are closed. They don’t have respect for old people and everyone was rude and they think they are the boss. They should remember that they are our servants.
