Horrible service, next time you go in the back to do something please put a sign or at least have someone check the front instead of making them wait for so long. I just wanted to pick up food for my dog and during the time I was waiting their was couple other customer come, wait and leave because there was no one at the front desk. Never again

I highly recommend this place, they had taken their time to explain things. Very reasonable priced, didn’t push anything that wasn’t needed. Was very patient with a very anxious kitty. Just overall a great experience!

We've been using Coulee Vet for about 2-1/2 years since moving to Lethbridge. Coincidence that they were the closest vet to home? Perhaps. Perhaps it was fate. Regardless, it was for the best.Unfortunately, we have lost two of our elder cats, (below) had an arthritis issue in one, and the usual round of shots for all of them.I have found every single person I came to meet exceptional, from front office staff, technicians, vet assistants, and two of the finest vets in over sixty years of owning pets.Dr. Alvarez is amazing and just had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Perez on our last visit. Both are caring, capable, and knowledgeable vets. Always take time to explain everything being done and what further treatment may be indicated. No pressure to sell expensive services, and the bills are clear and concise.We had a minor emergency (as it turned out) but they managed to get us in and treated within hours.Bonus - the cats love all of them.I'm here to stay!RIP Elliott and Max.

Amazing customer service. You can tell everyone there sincerely cares for the animals that come in. They even call a few days after the appointment and see how your pet is doing. 10/10

We brought our dog in who was not doing so well. At first the doctor and us were hopeful she'd recover. However she turned for the worse and very sadly we had to put her down on the next visit. The Dr and the nurses were absolutely amazing! They treated us like long time clients even though they only new our Bailey for a couple days. The amount of love and kindness they showed us (the grieving family) has been incredible. We will recommend Coulee Veterinary Clinic to everyone we know. Coolee veterinary clinic is very caring and non judgmental. They believe the owner knows best for the pet. The respect the owners wishes and privacy and offer expert advice and care at a reasonable cost. My dogs absolutely love it there and feel safe.

This is a fantastic place to bring your pets. I could not be happier with their service, or more comfortable bringing my cat here, and if I could give them more stars, I would…for ALL of them. From Dr. Barry himself to the nurses to the girls who answer the phone, everyone here is so great to deal with…for me AND my cat. Every member of their team cares about your pet and it shows. They go out of their way to make them comfortable and to be thorough, and I cannot thank them enough for how good they have always been to my sweet little boy. They have been there for him whenever he has needed them, even on short-notice when they were fully booked and I was frantically worried about him, they said bring him right in and Dr. Barry immediately identified and treated two infected wounds that the vets at the pet emergency hospital completely overlooked the night before. I cannot thank them enough for the care they have provided my special boy, and I cannot recommend them enough for your pets as well. I promise you that you and your pets will all be happy with a visit to Dr. Barry and his team for their next checkup or emergency. If you want the best care for your pets…bring them here.

Everyone here is always so kind & caring! Dr. Barry is an amazing veterinarian and really cares for your animals well-being - I never feel rushed during appointments and assessments are thorough. They have always answered any questions & will check in the next day to make sure everything is still going well. I feel extremely comfortable leaving my pet in their hands. I recommend them to absolutely everyone!

So pleased with the level of service at this clinic. From the moment you walk through the door and are greeted at the front desk you’ll feel like your pets are in good hands.
