Mr. Lube + Tires

Jon was very friendly and professional. He provided solutions to particular problems i was having with my car but never forced the solutions on me where i felt i had to spend more money to get them fixed. Most times the mechanics will continue to press the issue to make the sale.Jon was very knowledgeable and educated me on the various services i needed to get done on my car. Which will help me in the future with making an informed decision.The cost of my service was a bit more than i expected but i feel it was justified because of the level of service that Jon provided me. It was professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. I don’t mind paying more if the service matches the price, because nowadays we are forced to pay higher prices for low level customer service.Jon went above and beyond to ensure the job was done correct.

I took my new vehicle this morning and absolutely no busy. It was first oil change , brand new car. Oil costed me 160 and oil leaking and ruined my driveway. When I went there to fix it , Mehdeep says that filter was way inside they couldn't tight properly and he said sorry. I wasted 1 hour to go back to fix it and ruined my driveway and all I heard was sorry. NEVER again.

I recently had the displeasure of experiencing the worst customer service at Mr Lube MarkhamRoad, The manager, John, displayed an arrogant attitude as if he were some sort of king rather than an employee at an oil change establishment. I was extremely disappointed by his behavior and lack of assistance. It's a shame that the previous location on Hwy 7, which always had competent and friendly employees, has closed down. In contrast, the new location seems to have untrained staff, and Manager John is particularly unhelpful. As a result of this negative experience, I have decided that I will never return to this establishment.

I got the oil, and winter tires changed at Mr. Lube for the first time. Engine light came on two three times after the oil change. I called them back, and they used OBD reader to find the issue and resolve it. Professional technicians. Special thanks to Jon, store manager.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at the Mr Lube location on Markham Road. My family and I have been Mr Lube customers for almost 20 years, and we have visited different locations around the GTA, including the one on Highway 7 owned by Mr Kareem. The staff at those locations are always helpful and ready to assist from the moment you enter, offering coffee and newspapers.However, my experience at the Markham Road location was very surprising. As soon as I pulled in, I asked questions about the services I wanted to do. The person who was helping me was a young guy who was not sure whether my car record from the location on Highway 7, which is closed, had been transferred to this location or not. I asked him to check with his store manager, but the store manager was standing outside and was talking to some of his friends and did not bother to come over when the young guy called him.When the manager finally came over, he was quite angry that the employee disturbed him while he was talking to his friend. The young employee got very scared, and he told me that he couldn't help and that his manager, John, was quite angry. Unfortunately, I left the place feeling bad for the employee. I will never go back because of Manager John's bad attitude and poor customer service.

The wait was not long and the services was done quickly and efficiently. The technician and the manager were friendly and helpful and explained the difference in the types of oil I could get. I was shown that the oil was up to the correct fill level after the service. They checked other fluid levels and wiper blades. I did not have to replace anything and was soon on my way. Great service from friendly and helpful staff.

I had an amazing experience at this location. My technician Simran was very polite courteous and knowledgeable. His recommendations were bang on what the dealer told me! I was greeted in a timely manner. They also had a full time machanic which recommended me rear brakes and showed me. I booked an appointment. I will definitely recommend this location! We got an oil change on April 23 and had an incredible experience. Muza was knowledgeable, polite and honest! He was quick and made recommendations that we will be going back to complete.

I blew a tire on my snowmobile tire on the 407. This Mr. Lube was the closest service center to the highway. I had CAA tow my trailer here. John and his team were amazing. I had no appointment and the tire on the trailer was shredded. John helped me research the tire and where I could buy one. John and team replaced the tire promptly and courteously for an amazing price. Highly recommend these guys.

I went in the other day a little frazzled as I didn’t know how to fix my side mirror. Luckily, Frank and Jon helped me out, and they were both so kind and helpful. They easily fixed the problem, were very efficient, and really made my day so much better. Will absolutely be going back for any issues in the future!
