James was our shining star and made our lives so much easier by arranging everything; from talking to the insurance adjuster/s, the flooring company, by scheduling it all and ensuing our paintings and furniture were all back in place. The office staff are all warm, welcoming and reply almost immediately to phone calls or email. A special thank you to Chris for the great job on finishing the painting/touch-ups. Do yourself a huge favor, and never, ever, and I mean never, let ABK come anywhere near your property! Sure they swooped in immediately when called, but then practically ignored me for almost 4 months. When restoration" finally got under way

Major damage to my townhouse at Apex Resort (chimney torn off) due to snow and ice slide. ABK was on site almost immediately to seal up the breach in the wall. After discovering all the chimneys were compromised by the heavy snow fall, ABK were hired to manage the project to repair them all. James D was the project manager and did a great job. Always available by phone and attended the site whenever a concern arose. Due to logistical and weather issues working on roofs at a ski resort, the project took longer than expected and throughout the project, constant communication ensured confidence the project was being managed professionally. Special thanks to Nicki as well for her help with this project. If you're ever unlucky enough to need a restoration company, I highly recommend ABK.

If your restoration is a small one, mine $27K" Do not use ABK as your are not worthy to them. My ABK contractor was brutal. He only came by once and at my request. The contractors quote to my Insurance company took 5 weeks for them to receive. I had to follow up with the Tradesmen through out the job

We had a flood in our basement on a Friday and ABK came to the rescue within 2 hours of my wife calling for help. They were great to work with and Rob was fantastic the whole way through,very professional and knowledgeable. The only reason they don't get a 5 star was one of the workers was ill during the rescue phase and sat in our bathroom most of the time, poor guy. Therefore my wife lend a hand as they were short staffed that night.. Unfortunately I was away on business so my wife helped out as this is just who we are.Not taking away anything from ABK - great people and would recommend.Kevin & Nancy West Kelowna

Garry Lawrence from ABK repaired our ceilings ( big crack was fixed on the ceiling in the den and stains in the bathroom). Garry is a polite, professional, hardworking guy. We really liked his work . It's beautiful. Sabrina did a good job organizing everything. Kevin Erikson did a great job on cleaning up. Very professionally done. Thank you very much for a great result.
