emBARK Doggy Daycare

A very lovely place to leave your puppy to socialize. My dog is pretty anxious most of the time, but she enjoys coming to emBARK. Very happy with their service and care, as I know I can trust the emBARK staff with my dog.

I have been taking my puppy there since she was allowed to go! Such a convenient location and every one that works there is so amazing! I love all the videos they take of the dogs throughout the day and seeing it on their Instagram story. Whenever I pick up my puppy they are always talking about everything she did that day and if she made any new friends. They really care for your pup and do not make it seem like you are just another client. Even for additional training they always provide info for the trainers that they know about it and Tan the groomer is a dog whisperer I swear because all the pups seems to be obsessed with him, especially mine. I wish I could provide more stars because this place is the best!

Fantastic place! Dean and Joanne are very knowledgeable and friendly! This is a great little place where you can really feel that warm energy these two have. You know your dog is in good hands when you meet them!

We love Embark Daycare!! Started taking our puppy, Charlie here after his last round of vaccines. He was pretty nervous for the first few weeks and so was I. But the staff were always so kind and made sure to create an environment that Charlie felt safe and secure in. Now, after a few months, he is always so excited to go to daycare!! We've really appreciated the attentiveness and personability of the staff. Brit in particular has always been so kind!!

What makes a great doggy daycare? Clean, safe and friendly space - indoor and outdoor - , experienced, loving, dog trainers/captains, great organizing system, dogs that have good owners (trained :-) yes, owners..., caring and passionate about dogs) and an overall good cost/quality service. Well, at 'Who Let the Dogs out' you have it all!Dean and Joanne are the best. Our Paco loves it here, just started his journey as he is just a little puppy but one can see he really loves it!Added bonus, we could see the dogs socializing, having fun via facebook feeds, could not ask for a better place for our young, four legged family member. Highly recommended, a hidden gem for dogs!

I figured I must write a review for Joanne for her excellent service to our Pomeranian puppy. We were visiting Coquitlam from Calgary and there was one day we needed to place our Pom at Embark for daycare service. Our pup was usually a bit nervous every time we brought her to daycare. But when we got her into Joanne's hands, it only took her 2 minutes to warm up and jump around with other puppy friends. She was so exhausted when we brought her home that she just slept until the next day, so we knew she had a blast at Joanne's place. Joanne did not even charge me for the daycare service as she considered it was an assessment for the puppy on her first day. What an amazing service and dog caring owner! I would highly recommend this store for daycare service!

My 4 month old puppy absolutely loves going to daycare! The staff are so friendly and kind, the facility is clean, I can leave Zoey for the day without a worry in the world. They complete their due diligence and ensure all shots, licensing and flea treatments are completed before your puppy attends. I highly recommend it!

We recently moved to Port Moody and began taking our puppy who is now 7 months old to emBARK. He started out the first few visits with some ongoing separation anxiety when we dropped him off in the morning and was often overly dramatic when being picked up in the afternoon.Over just a few short weeks our puppy now perks up as soon as we turn down the street where the daycare is. As soon as the door opens and we go inside he doesn't even acknowledge my existence any more because he is so happy, excited to be there, and ready to go play with all his friends. He has also calmed down alot when being picked up at the end of the day. He always seems very fulfilled and like he has had a great day.Lastly, Joanne and her staff are all so lovely and kind to us and always treat our puppy like a prince. Highly recommended!!!!

I am thrilled that I finally found this place for my little princess. Staff are very friendly and the drop off/pick up process is so easy. They take videos of your dog’s daily adventures and I love watching my dog is having so much fun!

Wonderful daycare with friendly staff who really care about every dog. We bring our small dog here and she loves romping around with her friends for the day and comes home happy and ready for a nap. Loved that we had to go for a meet up prior to enrolling to assess our dog's behaviour around the other dogs as it made it very clear that the owners care about the dogs' experiences. We feel comfortable leaving our dog in the care of the competent and caring staff who have provided good information and recommendations whenever we have questions. Hours are convenient and the facility is clean and well run! No crazy bells or whistles but it's perfect for a day of socialization and very reasonable prices!
