First class service from this Dealership! From the moment I walked in the door they made every interaction friendly and welcoming ! I felt so at home, they made the trade in process seamless. Jens dedication to making me feel like a valued customer is unmatched. Shawn, the sales manager answered all my questions on my trade in, he went above and beyond to make sure I felt at ease and comfortable with the process. Vanessa in the finance department walked me through step by step and made sure I understood every options available to me letting me decide what options work best for me. She went above and beyond for me by reaching out to her contacts when an issue arose with a previous dealership and things that had been misleading. Saving me a lot of headache and money. I cannot recommend this dealership enough and have not been shy to share my experience with even strangers that approach me to ask about my sweet new ride !! Get you a dealership like Moncton Landrover/Jaguar !!

Typical arrogant dealer. Tried contacting them several times via their online contacts and no one even replied. We live in Fredericton so I guess they only want Moncton and area customers. They can have them as they won’t get our money. Business must be good when they’ve only been open for a few months and already decided they can ignore potential customers.

This is the worst place I have ever been to . Needed a key fab they charged me 4 hundred. thats okay I know there expensive. But once it was programed they called me and told me the key programed but the steering weel won't unlock and it won't start. He told me I had a 3000 pound paper wait. And to come get it and I had to still buy the key . This shows how much they care. The worst part is as soon as I got it back took me 20 min to get it started Avoid this place just look at the reviews there ether 5 stars or 1 that says alot. Go to Halifax trust me there way nicer and know what there doing

They did everything they could to get my wheels rolling again ( I own a Range rover but didn't buy from landrover moncton) they figured out what the problem was and stuck with the vehicle until it was rolling again. Because they always gave me a service vehicle and Terrance is awesome to deal with I totally recommend them.

Dan is a good person to deal with.The finance department is a mess.I had hard time getting my deposit back.
