My family and I were looking around at different dealerships all over the city to find a bigger vehicle with more space for us and Ryan from venture auto helped us out so much. He worked with us to get the best vehicle and deal for trading in our car! We ended up needing something done on the vehicle and even then he was amazing at leading us into the right direction! First time ever writing a review despite always looking at them when making purchases but just had to for these guys and for Ryan in particular so please read. Bought a 2013 Dodge Caravan. Price was fair and van had everything we wanted. It was well detailed, came with a Carfax and a warranty that was bumper to bumper unlike most used car delaerships that want you to pay extra. 30 days outside of warranty had transmission issues. I was expecting to hear nothing we can do but I got the complete opposite from Ryan. Without me needing to push at all and expecting no help he asked that I bring it to Belleville to a company they deal with and that they would look after me. Transmission had to be rebuilt but they covered a significant portion of the cost plus the taxes. Honestly I was astounded. Ryan and the staff of Venture Auto bring honesty and an old fashion handshake to the used car business and really restored my faith in this industry. Thank you Ryan for doing way more than you had to and for sticking buy your customers. I have told anyone that would listen to my story and will happily buy our next used vehicle from your lot. The best experience of buying a used vehicle. Ryan was totally amazing and went to the moon and back to make sure we were happy. Had the car repainted, oil change and brake job prior to pickup. My experience with Venture Auto's when purchasing my first car couldn't have been any better. Ryan was very helpful and very knowledgeable throughout the whole process. The communication in regards to the car I was interested in was amazing. The process made me feel at ease in comparison to other dealerships I had dealt with previously.

When I first saw a 4.9 start review for a 'used car dealer' I was skeptical, how is it possible? After my experience buying a RAV4; Venture Auto exceeded my expectations.Ryan was extremely helpful, offering to include a new set of tires (even though the set on the RAV passed safety), and green lighting a bit of work on the timing chain (at their cost) after I had agreed to buy the vehicle.Thank you for your professionalism.
