Took my grandmother to look for furniture, but she’s uses a walker and the gravel was extremely hard for her mobility so we were not able to look around. Gravel in the parking lot needs to be cleaned for the elderly for sure.

Really good quality furniture, very helpful staff members but a little on the pricey side but you will get what you pay for. The return policy is not the greatest. I have shop here a few times before and had great customer service. They don’t bother you like other furniture staff, they actually let you look around. Would recommend this store rather then others in red deer.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Sims furniture, Red Deer. The salesman, Randy, patiently helped us to choose the sectional that would best suit us. When we decided what we wanted he walked us through finding the configuration and fabric. When all was said and done they came through by meeting the estimated delivery time. We’ll definitely not hesitate to use Sims again for any future furniture needs.

The customer sales person was very polite and helped us with measurements of the sofa to make sure it would fit in our house. When they delivered it, they were very friendly and professional with the set up.

Recently bought two new recliners from here. Excellent service. I’ve never been a fan of having to shop at places where employees work on commission but Michael (I believe was his name. Hopefully I’m not wrong!) was amazing! Let us do our own thing but was never far when we had a question! (Also should note, while he was never far we never felt we were being watched or followed).

I went to your store today to help my 92 year old father buy a single bed for his spare room. We were met by Dwayne. He immediately understood what we wanted. At first he thought they might have one in their discount Center but it was the wrong size so he quickly found us an excellent frame and both mattresses for a great deal. We left the store feeling well cared for and everything was above and beyond what we’d hoped for. We also had the bed and frame in the back of my van, no waiting around! Thank you Dwayne and thank you Sims Furniture. We’ll definitely be back.
