Fast service with guys behind parts counters, but ladies at the front counter lack basic greeting skills. One was busy doing her make up holding up the mirror when I approached, and other busy eating her fruit salad AND yapping with each other at the same time. No word spoken to customer. I paid, make up lady slammed the receipt down on the counter for me and off I go without a single word spoken and she went right back to yapping session. Just fabulous.

This is a great place to shop for parts and products related to your automotive needs.The store is well laid out for the ease of browsing and shopping and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming and that makes for a good experience.If the item you need isn't in stock at this store they will quickly bring it in from another location or direct you to the location having one if time is if the essence.The store is easily accessed from King George Boulevard and 72nd Avenue and has many parking spots.

The parts counter guy was surprisingly incompetent. Asked him for a certain diameter vacuum hose and instead he brought me a fuel hose that was much bigger. He was then very defensive and defiant that this was the right part. Seemed very insecure and scared about it so rather than give him a hard time about it I bought the hose I actually need and still bought the miscut one for $4. Poor man seemed pretty out of touch with metric and sae and vice versa, and I think he just got stuck somewhere in the 70s with his parts knowledge. An endangered species.

You walk to the back counter to get help. There is 4 employees all on computers serving no customers, and they wont even acknowledge that you’re standing there waiting for assistance. Someone couldnt even greet me and tell me they would assist me shortly. Ill take my business elsewhere next time.

Very rude staff specially the white old man don’t know how to talk to 15yrs old kid.i buy thermostat for Honda civic and hand over to my son and start looking other things i need. Old man and a young Indian girl who working as a cashier arguing with my son and said he why you here and picking up theses parts.both of lordco employees talk very rudely.i was standing five six feet away from my son.i heard everything clearly.i called my son to me and paid for parts and exit the store and they were looking at me and my son very suspiciously i felt very disappointed and disrespectful
