Service was great. Picked up and dropped off the car in great condition and in a decent time frame. They need to improve their modes of contact though. I couldn’t get a hold of any of their office, and their 1-877 number always leads to a voicemail. I’m not sure they even check the voicemail, as I didn’t get a response on mine. The section for contacting them on their website also never works and just always gives an error. That was the most frustrating part of the process. The tracking feature on their website also does not work, unfortunately.

Absolutely great experience! Put up with me while I tried to figure out best options for pickup and delivery (changed my mind about five times due to shifting schedule). Ended up dropping off and picking up at their hubs in Calagry and Mississauga respectively, received great service at both ends. Good value as well! Highly recommend!
