Fantastic customer service! Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I have MS and relapsed a few weeks ago. My physiotherapist recommended a walker to help me recover. I now feel hopeful, independent and thrilled to bits my rollator! I could not have recieved better customer service. Thank you so much Motion!

Been working with Motion for years and my experience has always been positive! The service coordinators are accommodating, friendly, and do a great job with staying on top of work orders. If there is an issue, they make sure to follow up and are able to smooth things over. The sales reps I've worked with have been wonderful as well; they have great product knowledge and are helpful in answering questions. Their technician, Randy, is amazing!! He is friendly and super knowledgeable when it comes to equipment. There is nothing that he can't fix :POverall, I've had a great experience with Motion and would recommend it 10/10 :D

I can not say enough about our positive experience with Motion and specifically John! Right from the start he treated my dad with such kindness. Taking the time to explain everything and answering all of our questions about a potential new mobility scooter purchase. We have purchased our last 2 scooters at another shop but will come to Motion from now on. Wish we knew about them sooner. Dad was so impressed right down to the informative and friendly delivery at our home today. John fit everything for comfort, showed how all of the components work, and gave info for adjustments if needed later. Absolute Cadillac Service received for one Very Happy Senior (and his daughter). Highly recommend!Thank you again :)

I have known Motion Specialties company for many years. I have known Randy since I worked as TA at Agecare Skypointe LTC. Randy assembles seating and mobility equipment in a timely manner, makes necessary equipment modifications. He has a lot of experience repairing and replacing parts of wheelchair and power wheelchairs. Randy has excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with others and maintain professionalism at work. He always go above and beyond to help us out. He truly follows the mission and vision of Motion Company.He is a gem to keep for Motion Specialties. Keep up the good work Randy!!

We relocated our elderly parents to Calgary from British Columbia last week. My Dad needed a specialty chair and my mum a new walker amongst other accessibility equipment in their new home. Two days before the Thanksgiving weekend I started making phone calls to various providers in Calgary. Natalie Bacon at Motion Cares not only responded immediately, she measured and delivered our most needed equipment the next day! It is now Thanksgiving Monday and Natalie is still working with us to ensure Mum and Dad get all the necessary equipment they need as quickly as possible. We are so impressed and grateful. Natalie, you have gone over and beyond any expectation we could have had. I can't express how much we appreciate all of your help. On this Thanksgiving weekend, we are extremely thankful for professionals like you. Thank you!

Randy is so knowledgeable in his craft. He is so efficient that he can handle repairs really well. He is definitely an asset to the company. As of Kara, she is a wonderful lady, who explains well to the residents what is needed for them to have a comfortable position in the wheelchair. She has a very good insights or judgement for the betterment of the client.

Although I'm not one to usually leave reviews, I feel compelled to share my experience with Motion as they are one of the most dependable vendors we've worked with. The Motion team facilitated a transfer of a vertical porch lift for my brother from our old residence to our new one, and the process was handled exceptionally well. Scott was so efficient and kind in helping us coordinate the transfer, while Allan did a phenomenal job of installing the lift in the garage- super clean look and ensured there's still ample space to park our vehicles! Overall, we were extremely pleased with the seemless service provided by Motion!

This review is long overdue. My mother and sister traveled to Calgary from California last summer. We had previously arranged to rent a wheelchair from Motion, but their flight was delayed. I called the store and they were so helpful. Kenya stayed after hours so that my sister was able to pick up the wheelchair before the weekend. Not only that, but she was so pleasant about it. Such incredible service. And there is more! My mother and sister flew out of Canada on a holiday weekend, so Motion arranged for them to drop off the wheelchair at an employee‘s home since the store would be closed when they got back into Calgary. (sorry - can’t find the text - was it Kenya again?) I’m sorry to say that I don’t think I would find that kind of service where I live in California. It gave me the best impression of the people In Calgary. Thank you so very much!

My new Permobil M3 Corpus needed some adjustments. Randy (Super Tech!) came to our home, brought the chair to the store, made the adjustments and returned it to me that same day. Thanks Randy. You’re the best. Don Skelton
