Update: if things can go from bad to worse, they have.Ridely picked up the sliding doors, removed them and now, offer me only 50% of what I paid. from day 1 there were problems. they sent no less than 14 technician visits, still zero.DO NOT GO TO THEM FOR BUSINESS, DO NOT ENGAGE IN ANY BUSINESS PRACTICES, DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. SHAME SHAME SHAME!!! i'm also sure that any good reviews are paid. I used Ridley on 2 projects...they get a FAILING grade.Well....deplorable customer service install, product. Had 2 sliding doors installed 2 years ago. They leak, they freeze, they don't keep the cold out. Have had probably a dozen people come out to repair, nothing. They promised me new doors, nothing. A call back would be nice from Marlene or David. Well let's see, David PROMISES, he also blames his staff but doesnt call back himself. I want my money back and I never want to see or hear from this company again...they are theives.

We moved in to a new-to-us home in 2021. All of the windows were due for replacement as a number of them were made of wood and had not been maintained. We also wanted to replace the front door (including expanding it to include sidelights), change the single door leading to the rear deck to a large sliding door, and replace the shutters on the front of the house. We had a number of window and door contractors provide estimates - though none were prepared to do all that we wanted. That was until we met with Ridley. From the initial meeting through to completion, Ridley was nothing but professional. They explained how the work would be done and were very patient in answering questions. The installation crew was top notch. They were quick, clean and did quality work. I must also commend Ridley for how they handled an issue with the sliding door that, ultimately, had to be replaced. Ridley was first rate. They said what they would do and they delivered exactly what we wanted. We cannot recommend them more highly.

The review is coming just waiting for the respond from Ridley. I deal with contractor on daily bases and the horrible experience we recieved with a front door what is already falling apart from April 11th instalation. Ordered product in 2021.Original emails with detailed explanations and text messages will be posted including photos.

Beyond impressed from start to finish! The install crew was incredibly knowledgeable about the product and very professional. They were clean and organized. The job was done with immaculate detail and efficiency. The product we selected is outstanding and gave our house an impressive facelift! We now have more natural light and are more energy efficient – no more cold window drafts! Wonderful company, great client service and communication. We had all of our questions answered and concerns addressed. I would recommend Ridley Windows & Doors to anyone looking for the best in the window and door market.

Fro start to finish this was the best experience I think i have ever had with a company. Everyone involved was nothing but helpful, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. Everything that was promised was delivered to perfection. The quality is excellent and the instal was smooth and easy. We are beyond pleased and would recommend Ridley to whoever is in need of doors and windows. So happy to have chosen them for our home!

We had the best service from Ridley from beginning to end. The installers were the best, very professional and pleasant. It was a big job and a cold day and they didn't leave until they cleaned everything. Our new windows are so beautiful, thank you Ridley Windows! We were treated royally & would absolutely recommend!

Beware of Ridley Windows. We had a fourteen month horror show dealing with them. We had to use screw drivers to open and close our patio door for three months. We had screen door swinging in the breeze for fourteen months. The hardware was useless and despite numerous calls to service and repair, they took forever to respond and when they finally did, they returned with the same useless hardware . We now have a screen door that does not open properly and our grandchildren cannot access. Zero customer service and zero customer satisfaction. Stay Away!
