Great customer service, pizza was delivered on time and the food was delicious

My friend and I placed an order for a bbq chicken pizza for take out, it took about 10mins to be ready, which thinking back I find sketchy how fast it was ready. The pizza looked good and was for the time being. We both felt super sick and got bad food poisoning all night, It was very uncomfortable. I can’t deny that I’m not disappointed and grossed out, because I am.

Horrible experience. Incompetent staff. I work in the service industry and their customer service was horrible especially after we paid for way more then they gave us. Nothing was offered to give us for messing up our order. In fact they blamed us. We didn’t have enough food for my whole family because of this. Horrible experience

I order often from this location. And each time I order the food is exceptional. The service is always amazing and the staff is very kind and friendly. I highly recommend this place because they have been the only place that has never let me down.

This location is the best !! They are always so nice when you call in to place the order and just as friendly when you pick it up ! My whole family loves their pizza!!

Yesterday I made an order online for a large pizza 3 toppings and wings with 2 drinks, the order was put in at 2:05pm, and when I arrived at 2:27pm for pickup the order was not even started and the person cooking said he didn’t see the print out the place wasn’t busy at all no other orders were being done and all I got was sorry that’s on me, in my opinion something should have been offered as I have worked in this industry in the past and know that I could offer a bigger pizza at the same price or discount the order.I have ordered here in the past and I was usually satisfied but this has left a bad taste in my mouth I will no longer order from here I will make the drive into woodstock now for better service.

Added Oct 2020: WOW. Had the panzarotti and lasagna for the first time. Really terrific. Hard to choose next time.Really good amount of toppings. Seems like a canned sauce. Pretty plain. Crust was nice. Wings were very good too. Still crispy with BBQ sauce on them.

Gave us wrong order over charged us and blamed us for not receiving correct order?? Also blamed us for messing up two other orders because they gave us the wrong order
