Elicare: Lansdowne Medical Clinic

I never been to here but the receptionist is leaving me poor impression. I wanted to book an appointment and ask for details through phone but the reception was super ambiguous with both English and Mandarin. Her attitude was super impatient and awful. I couldn’t hear much and she already cut the phone. I do not know about the doctors’ services but this clinic is unadvised because of the service of the receptionist.

There was Chinese older ladies who work there. And one of them were almost yelling to a guy who seemed a employee which made me uncomfortable. The Other one who I talked was giving a dirty face with one’s arm folded when she talked me. And the price is too expensive. She said to me you need to pay $160 first. I wanted to make sure they can do something for my symptoms so I asked her are you guys able to treat this symptoms? She said I don’t know. It’s gonna waste my money if they can not do anything for it after I pay. I would not recommend to go there. They are not really helpful.

As first time parents, when my wife became pregnant, Dr Grace Chan was there for us from the start to finish. We are very grateful for her friendly and expert care, and recommend her highly.

Jenny helped with my walk-in appointment. She is very patient and helpful. Thanks to her help, everything was smooth. Its lucky that there isn’t much wait line on the day and I can get to see the doctor!

This clinic is very clean and quite helpful. Definitely try to talk to Jenny - she made my experience so much better. I was relieved that she was able to put me for walk-in.

I came here for an appointment and there were a lot of patients waiting. I was worried my appointment was going to get delayed but Jenny at the front desk was very accommodating. She was very understanding and answered all of my questions!

I do not even know any words to describe the way they take care of their patients. Very difficult to contact them since they don't pick up their call from patients.My son is waiting for their doctor to have a follow up appointment since he is having a very bad influenza from Tuesday. He had a phone appointment consulted by Dr. Siu. Dr. Siu asked my son to expect his call on Friday 9:45am to check up on him. We did not receive any call. We try to call Dr. Siu and Elicare clinic whole day long and neither Dr. Siu nor Elicare Lansdowne pick up the call. I hope I am not overreacted but my son are just looking for a doctor advice and instead we have to spend a whole day to try to get in touch with them.I feel very sorry for the way they manage their clinic but we will not visit again.Hope Elicare are willing to take how their patients feeling and accept our advice. A doctor clinic cannot refuse to accept call from patients. It's a place to take care of people, not a place to have your fun.

The clinic is clean and comfortable. Dr. Grace Chan was very patient in listening to our concerns and made us feel very taken care of. She always followed up with our test results and explained in detail what the results indicated. I'm very glad I brought my mom here!

If there is zero star, I will give zero. Doctors are changing all the time. You will be designated after your first visit but the turnover rate of doctors is really high. Never seen before in any clinics. When you get the phone call or virtual appointment, you will not get a call back. The admin staff must brush up their work, can't blame the doctors. Choose any clinic elsewhere, you will be better

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Lansdowne Medical Clinic for a checkup, and I must say it was a complete disappointment. This clinic deserves a zero-star rating without a doubt. From the moment I stepped foot inside, the atmosphere was unwelcoming and sterile, lacking any warmth or sense of care. The staff appeared disinterested and indifferent, providing minimal assistance and barely acknowledging my presence. The waiting area was cramped, uncomfortable, and poorly maintained, which only added to the overall unpleasantness of the visit. The doctor's examination was rushed and lacked thoroughness, leaving me feeling like just another number on their assembly line. The wait was almost one hour long having my appointment at 10:30 and waiting all the way to 11:30 without no rush to get my appointment done. Needless to say, I will not be returning to Lansdowne Medical Clinic, and I strongly advise others to seek better alternatives for their healthcare needs.
