I’ve seen results from my very first sessions. The technology they’re are using is Candela gentle max pro, the latest version, so don’t worry about the procedure, it’s painless. The technicians are very friendly, they made me feel comfortable. I just had my 3rd session with my former technician Sanaz, she’s wonderful, the other technician was also great. Honestly, all of them are lovely, I feel very confident and loving my skin. I’d definitely follow up and recommend anyone who’s giving laser a thought. Just go for it, and thank me later.

A lovely clinic with an incredible laser machine for us to have in Richmond Hill! Roshanak, in particular, provides the best services as she is incredibly detailed and knowledgeable. She gives honest advice and she truly cares for her clients! I am very glad to have not only found this clinic, but also to have met Roshanak! I absolutely recommend her :)

I had experience with Laser Clinic and really satisfied. If you want book mentioned with Sanaz definitely. She is patient, precise and veryyyyy clean. She sterilized everything.

I highly recommend Laser Clinics Canada - Hillcrest location! The clinic is nice and new, always clean. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I've only had 2 sessions and already saw results after the first! Simone is amazing, so sweet and patient. She ensures I'm comfortable throughout the entire session, takes her time answering all my questions and thoroughly lasers each section. I would love to have the rest of my sessions booked with her. I’ve been in to this location couple of times loved all the workers all nice and very professional except the lady masih she was very unprofessional called the clinic on jun 24 at 6:40 to change my appointment,she was unpleasant and very aggressive when I asked her about the options I have to change my appointment she replied with we don’t have any options if we had I wouldn’t waste my time explaining to you. That’s not a professional way to speak to a patient or a client. I understand that this clinic is really busy and I’m happy with their services but the customer service of this lady was not so satisfying. I appreciate all the hard work that the staff put in but knowing how to speak to a patient is really important.Best regards

I have done several laser sessions here and I can say I am so happy with the results! Sanaz is amazing and I always look forward getting my laser done with her. Also all the staff here are so friendly.

I have had around 6 laser hair removal treatments now (half face) and have loved how careful and thorough Sabrina is. She ensures that you are comfortable and content with the pressure and amount of laser. The warmth of all of the staff makes you feel welcomed and appreciated as a client. I strongly recommend!

Overall this place is good - the prices for laser are affordable (esp if you buy during promos) and the laser machine + cooling system make the process minimally painful and yet very effective.My only issue is the inconsistency with the technicians. I don't care if I get treated by a new technician each appointment but it would be great if they followed a default process. Some technicians leave the room and give you wipes before the procedure and some don't. Some give you aftercare cream, some don't. For one of my bikini laser appts, the technician drew around the area that would be lasered (with my input) so she didn't do more than I was comfortable with - which I really appreciated. My last session, I had a different technician and before we started I specifically asked her not to laser too low and even after I sat up mid-procedure and said no that's low enough she continued to laser it. Now I just have to pray that my hair will in fact grow back how I want it to

I got my laser done with Maryam 3 times now. She is so detail oriented, professional and explains everything to me thoroughly. Because of her excellent service I keep going back to this location!
