The quantity and quality of all ingredients was disappointing. They give you is less than other locations on the north end. The sauce was watered down and everything was completely flavorless and cold. Won't be coming back to this location.

I think it's hilarious that this location will make us rolls WITHOUT the seaweed only when the manager" is not around. The manager is horrible and gives terrible customer service. Any employee who turns down the opportunity to make money for the business they work for

They messed up again! First they forget my shrimp in a shrimp and chicken combo and just today they threw mushrooms on it when I specified no mushroom!

It was a really good experience dining here. The crew person named, John, made our experience smooth and comfortable. He is knowledgeable about food allergy and the contents of the food they serve. The place is clean and tidy, and the food is great as well.

Yummy food and I generally love edibles. but god does this place lack business quality.Allowing a person to just siting in your business and harass people asking for money and there food, steal the food off your sleeves and food off people trays, dig through the garbages and ask people for money.Get your business in order.

Door was locked 15 mins before closing, even when there were customers sitting. Had to drive all the way to Northgate who were happy to serve me 5mins before closing!
