If you can't find another Vernon lawyer these folks are an option. A couple of weeks before the sale of our property closed they took on the responsibility. We asked what we needed to do facilitate simplified closing ?Then the day before closing, their phone calls started by asking us who the water utility was so they could confirm and figure out the numbers. Somehow it was our fault they were unaware and now they had to make special efforts we should be grateful for. Sale closed with us expecting money transfered to the bank account on cheque provided to them earlier. Finally money deposited... many days later. They might benefit from staff additions or training... either way a very stressful last minute intense experience they are supposedly earning their fee for. Guide yourself accordingly.

We used their team to close a real-estate deal and everything went smooth. Came from far out of town at the end of the day and they accommodated.

Would I hire a lawyer from this organization again? NO, it is sad that your lawyer takes advantage of your trust.One of the feedbacks mentioned is they are pricey! So, I created my own tracking Excel sheet, and yes, they're costly overcharges!I don't state that it is corporate etic in this company. Still, based on my experience, Sheridan most possibly charged me based on the assumption, probably because of a lack of task tracking. I appreciate that Sheridan was willing to review the account statement! I was overcharged by $594 before any additional surcharges. After a week of discussion, the bill was adjusted for the almost correct amount.
