Good service. Owner is awesome. Technicians are awesome. The machines are horrible. We've had replacement machines and they all break and get replaced like clockwork. They do have a good warranty tho (thank god)

I didn't go to the store. The lady on the phone was too mean. She couldn't answer my simple question. I had to ask again for a long time. Instead to admit she doesn't know, she accused me of calling because I'm bored & want to chat. So humiliating! I'd rather keep going to the laundromat that see her face to face!!!
