Tony installed a Winegard upgrade kit on our motorhome. Very courteous and knowledgable. He was very careful to protect and clean surfaces. He took the time to explain what parts were being replaced and tested all equipment after install. Highly recommend.

Tony did an excellent job of fixing my mom's satellite service. He identified the problem to be the switcher, set up a temporary solution until he returned with the newest switcher within a couple of days. Highly recommend his service.

I contracted with Satellite Connection from Surrey, BC, in order to get a new HD Bell TV setup. My configuration was a bit unusual because I am from a remote location and had tons of questions having read several incomplete information on the Internet. Tony went at great length with detailed explanations, recommending the best equipment and configuration that would match my specific scenario. In addition to the expected Receiver PVR selection, remote configuration, dish size, DPP Twin LNB and satellite pointing tips, Tony suggested to consider latest technology of wireless HDMI devices to broadcast within the house which suited my need better that a dual output receiver. This was a clever suggestion I would not have thought about otherwise.Satellite Connection offers Bell TV PVR Repairs, Refurbishing and other satellite install/repair onsite services. Tony has always been available to answer my questions. Tony fit me in quickly and diagnosed my issue immediately and was able to get everything in tip top shape quickly. He knows his stuff and I recommend him highly to anyone who has a satellite issue

Tony is very professional and sold me a DVR 630 receiver for our Satellite dish which is at our cottage and delivered it to my door which I thought was great and provided me cable as well. When I went to have it activated Shaw advised me it was not released by the previous owner I advised them Tony advised me it was . So I contacted Tony and he said he would give them a call and would make sure they give me a call back when he had this corrected I thanked Tony very much for the help. Later I received a call from Shaw Direct they apologized as the person who was suppose to released the receiver from the previous owner did not It was in the notes on the previous owners account and Tony made sure they were going to call me as well and advise me of that. They then activated the receiver as we were leaving for our cottage the next day. I then received a call back from Tony he ask if Shaw had called and I advised him they did and that everything was ok. I believed Tony went beyond great customer service to excellent customer service. I will keep Tony's number close and will advise anyone needing an installer you could not have a better guy then Tony. He will go out of his way to help you.
