I got my hair cut and color by Saleisha it was the best experience ever in Toronto. She has good communication skills which she catch everything I want. I definitely recommend and will come again to get my hair cut and color.

I did the Kashmir keratin on March 28 and also had a haircut, the haircut was amazing, I loved it and still do, but it wasn’t even a month from the soothing treatment and I started to see frizz and now after 6 weeks my hair is curly again. I’m disappointed because they said it would last minimum 4 moths if followed the instructions of care, which I of course did because I didn’t want the $450 they charged me to go to waste. I bought their $30 shampoo and conditioner and I washed it twice a week.I won’t do the Kashmir keratin again because I don’t think it’s worth it.

Been a couple of times for a haircut, both ladies were exceptionally lovely and gave a great cut. Will absolutely be back in the future

I always go to Nina for highlights & colour correction, she is AMAZING. She has great insight and always knows what will work best without talking me down from the look I want. We always have great conversation too. She’s excellent.

I was incredibly lucky to have Anna as my hairdresser. She is amazing at her work and so kind. I am so happy with the results and I would definitely recommend her! I will be coming back :)

I have gone to them for a while but I just got back from my haircut appointment and as I put my hair up, I see hair clippings fall over my face and body. The hair dresser did not do a good job of getting them outof my hair when she did the cut, for approx $100 haircut, not even a hair cut, a trim with rough dry I shouldn’t have to find surprise pieces of hair on my face and body very unsatisfactory service this time around.Edit: Thank you for apologizing Mazz Salon! Senior stylist and Junior stylist price difference is new information to me so thank you for letting me know.I asked for rough dry knowing that my hair would be frizzy - that's how I dry my own hair - so I did not expect anything less. However, that does not excuse not being thorough with cleaning out my hair properly after a hair cut.Anyway, I appreciate you apologizing and I look forward to better communication and experience next time :)

I had a wonderful haircut with Saliesha yesterday.She is lovely and did exactly what I asked for. I will definitely go back to see her again.

I spoke to Sailesha on the phone first and then met with her in person for the appointment. She understood the assignment when I said I'd like some volume and I was very happy with the results.. Looks like I found my go to hairdresser now after some experimenting with some of the other places close by!

While I liked the experience with Anna a lot, and do like the end result, it's not the first time I've walk out not getting what I actually asked for. I ended up with a balayage but asked for and showed a picture of an ombre style. First picture is what I asked for, second and third is what I got. I think the colour looks good on me and was well done, but $250 is a lot to spend to not get what I wanted.
