I backed the assassins creed orlog game from them on kickstarter I paid my money to them back in July and lile many others have not received any updates as to when the products will arrive even after countless emails you get the same response amd no updates as to when they are going to fulfil the part of the agreement.I would highly recommend to avoid this company

Pieces didn't fit together properly. Defective pieces. Some pieces broke just by touching them.For 1800 dollars I had expectations of quality.Edit: Light up mechanism only working for fire sword. The shadow doesn't light up at all.

I have purchased two products from this company and I am impressed by the quality for both of them! I received the deluxe Silverhand statue and the Female V Yaiba set. There was a defect for her jacket so I inquired about a replacement. Moragh was quick, polite, and responsive! I received a replacement jacket within a week.

Terrible company. They lie about everything. Unbelievably terrible customer service. Sent me 3 defective pieces, due to their error, and will not refund me in full, as if it’s my fault. Stay far away and order from more professional places. Not worth the hassle. Purchase at your own risk, you’ve been warned…

I had an issue with one of my order. I emailed customer support and Agnes reply back right away. I explained to her my issue and she gave me an options on how we can resolve the issue I had. Great customer service and support is superb. I highly recommend their products or figures. Great company! Will definitely do business again with them.

Purchased via preorder their T-800 Battle Damaged Edition Art Mask via SideShow, who's their partner (they both sell each others products). The big skull button for lights broke after about 10 uses. Contacted PureArts support as well as Sideshow. Nobody was willing to help, only outcome suggested buy another of our product to replace it". Their products look nice but sadly they're not well build. Won't be buying anything from them again after this. I should have listened to other collectors who told me their products are not well build and their customer support sucks."

I have been waiting on a product that I backed on KS. I was told that I should have received either the product or a shipping notification of which I have received neither. I have followed their every instruction in terms of support emails only to be frustrated by canned responses or no response at all. Take your money elsewhere. Terribly unprofessional.

Pure scam.I beg of you please do not support these con artists. Delivered 4 months after promised delivery date. It has alrady been on the retail shelves for 2 months. The changed the material items were made of after purchase and told nobody. The quality of the product I did get was so trash they have actually had to admit it and a redoing it for everyone that emails them.Avoid these scammers at all cost!
